Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We had a 1st floor room and it had been renovated, room I saw on the 3rd floor hadn’t been. Sharma on the desk was so accommodating getting us the right room as my husband was having surgery so couldn’t walk far. Breakfast was pretty good. Advertised as a heated pool however it’s still seasonal so wasn’t open.

Had a great experience! Natalie was very friendly and they let us check in early (had a wedding to get ready for). The breakfast had a great variety of food and we had a pleasant stay.

The property is easy to find. Lots of free parking. The breakfast was amazing! The front desk lady was so nice! We came for a concert at Roger's arena. Not many places Accommodate 5 people but this place did and that it self was fantastic.

We checked into a pet friendly toom as we had our dogs. We could immediatwly smell animal urine, specifically cat. We were assured cats were not allowed. As the evening progress our throats started to burn and all of us got headaches. The front desk showed us the one other room they had available it smelled worse. Ww have stayed here previously but the conditions have seriously gone down ward. Perhaps they should remove the carpets from pet rooms. We had to switch hotels as we werw all getting worse and especially the one guest who is allergic to cats. We were exhausted and this was not a good experience. I have always had positive BW experiences.

We came here to attend a wedding. Some family member stayed at Maple Ridge. Best Western and I chose to stay here at Pitt Meadows. Best western and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised the Maple Ridge location is terrible but this location is awesome. The staff is the best they go above and beyond their shop and they’re very helpful, they would try to meet all of your requirements even though they are not required to do it so happy with the staff, especially Laura at the front desk. She was just amazing lady very good etiquette and good professionalism and display. Thank you.

The stay was a last minute decision, and I found the hotel was clean, a location where I needed. The black out curtains didn’t close all the way, but it was a pleasant space to be.

The laundry room floor was wet and dirty every time I went in the room. The facility did not have a sign noting that clothes should not be left in the machines for hours. As a result, the facilities were not available for use as folks would put their clothes to wash and dry and leave them there for hours.

Good location for us. Close to family we were visiting. Close to stores and restaurants. The only criticism I have is that we were checked in as a family of four but they would only give us three bath towels. Every day we would have to go down to the front desk to ask for a fourth towel.

We book 2 queen bed, but we got 1 bed plus the sofa, the staff was nice to give us 1 more with queen bed, but they need to be better communicate with ecpedia

If you are looking for a clean and reasonably priced hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff, this is a great choice. Hotel could use some modernization but what it lacks in upgrades, it makes up for by being welcoming. The outdoor pool is lovely, and the hot breakfast buffet was very good. Beds were very comfortable. Would definately stay again!

The property is conveniently located not far from the city, allowing for easy travel back and forth during our 5-night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable environment.
Breakfast was of good quality, although the lack of variety became monotonous over our extended stay. Having the same breakfast each morning for 5 days was less enjoyable.
Additionally, the room amenities included small packaging of soap, shampoo, and other toiletries. As we were three adults sharing the room, we found it more convenient to purchase our own supplies rather than requesting additional items daily. It would have been preferable to have full-size bottles available in the shower, as offered by other hotels.
