Very friendly staff. Clean room and well designed interior. One reason we booked this hotel was because the spa had such good reviews. We were informed before we arrived that the spa would reopen before our stay, then informed that if it had not reopened, we could use a neighbouring hotel spa. When we checked in we were informed that the spa would not be reopening during our stay and that the neighbouring hotel spa was fully booked - disappointing.

the hotel rooms feel a bit dated. early checkin in wasnt possibel even though we have gold status, and the sauna and pool werent open , wich was the only reason we booked the hotel.

Well connected hotel with very nice breakfast and facilities. We booked this hotel because the pool, but when we arrived it was closed. Maybe better to ask if it is functioning before book, if like me, it is one of the reason to stay there.

Excellent base to explore Berlin.
Kids loved the pool and buffet breakfast.
Only gripe was very slow service in the restaurant at dinner but this was often the case at other restaurants in Berlin too.

It was amazing staying, service and food, general atmosphere and property just excellent, great advantage for our family because of Park nearby and Berlin Zoo, also we travel for business and necessary embassies area is few minutes by car, so all my trip was completely comfortable because of location🙌

Everything was great. Pool and overall wellness area was a great plus. The only issue came about at the end of the stay where they attempted to charge us for the stay even though we had paid. I was able to explain the situation and we were fine. Not sure if that was the hotel or Expedias fault but it definitely shook me for a second there thinking I had to pay more.

The lobby and spa is beautiful but the rooms are not maintained. There is no quality control. The first room I had the air conditioning didn’t work and there was black mold in the shower. The second room the air conditioning worked, apparently black mold in every shower, and now to find the shower didn’t drain and the room nearly flooded due to a shallow basin. The third room had a working air conditioner, the shower drained but still black mold in the shower. Also, when you use a glass housekeeping doesn’t give you new glasses. Why would you want to use the same glass day after day? Also there is a room service menu but no actual room service. I was told to pick it up at the bar. You can call any department on the room phone but they won’t answer. So you have to go to the front desk yourself. It is a 4 star hotel nothing higher.

The hotel itself is a dream - beautiful spaces, incredible spa, lovely rooms. The front desk staff, however, are very rude, and the spa staff were largely absent. This is generally a Berlin problem. Still, I would stay here again.

This hotel was stunning! Impressive entrance, and art on every floor and wall.
The staff were very helpful, I hired a mobility scooter and they had no problem storing it for me.
Breakfast was fantastic, much to choose from and omelettes made to order. Lovely bar, gorgeous cocktails, although a bit pricey.
The room was spotless, had everything we needed, and my son enjoyed the gym & I liked the huge pool.
Right near the zoo and some lovely restaurants. Would return.

Convenient and comfortable. Parking was expensive. The hotel happily provided us with a jug of milk for tea in the room the first night. The second night we were told it would be charged at €8 and when we refused to pay, the member of staff who brought it accused is of stealing from them! Absolutely not acceptable. After that, we asked in the bar and they gave us a big jug of milk for free! So, the service was very variable, from helpful and friendly to downright surly and aggressive and all shades in between. The pillows on the bed were pretty dire. If you are a side sleeper, you might want to bring your own.

My husband and I had a great stay at the Pullman. The service was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The rooms were nothing fancy, but they were clean and had all of the necessary amenities (though I wish we had the ability to turn the air conditioning down a tad lower). The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic. Thank you for a great stay!

When the number of rooms decreases, the price increase can be accepted at reasonable levels.

The staff was excellent, the food was outstanding, I will be dreaming about the panna cotta until I ever go back. The Hotel room had a classy clean design, the spa felt like a resort. The breakfast was outstanding with almost everything anyone could possibly want. Thank you for the great experience.

nothing special, Ideal location and friendly staff, stains on the carpet from customers using too much alcohol for hand hygiene during the Covid period. Black fungus in tile joints and silicones, absence of proper maintenance.
