Probably one of the best cheap and cheerful holidays I’ve ever been on. Hotel is immense, the staff, the service, the facilities all top notch, the entertainment during the day got everyone involved and the entertainment at evening- well you couldn’t get a seat absolutely chocca every night. Kids loved it, would definitely come back, location is perfect, very chilled yet active environment, zero problems with zero worries, staff can’t do enough to help you have a great time, Christian on reception absolute gentleman as was the others like Lola and Borja. Wish we had done a week now.

nice hotel with everything you need. We have been to the same hotel 2 times now. The staff is friendly. The mini club and disco are a hit with children and the quality of food and drink is good.

Great pool and (adult) drinks....food is meh lot based on the English. Bed is hard and narrow long pillows.

Arrived at midnight, and despite telling the hotel twice we would be late, they overbooked and gave our room away. They said they had booked us another hotel and paid for the taxi but its not what you want, especially that late. If I book a room it should be kept for me. Ended up at a hotel miles away in the middle of town. Not what I chose. Not happy and never again

Stay definitely falls into the amazing category. 24hr reception was essential, as our flight didn't land till 23:55. Check in was very smooth and straightforward. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and it was excellent each morning. Cleanliness was very good, choice of food was very good, and everything was served hot. Hotel facilities were excellent, including two pools and lots of sun loungers, etc, and pool bars were also very good. Finally, the price paid was very competitive. Overall I'm happy to rate my stay highly and will only have good reports of the Alua Sun Costa Park Hotel.

-bad quality on beds, they are separate and very thin and light, once you just make slight movement the bed moves and it’s not attached to header. -No fridge, it’s a family hotel, why is there not fridge? Like in any other hotel. -No iron, but you can pay if you want other people to iron your clothes, scam. -No isolation from other rooms, you can literally hear when someone coughs, cry’s, walk, use the bathroom or just moves -every morning when the cleaners clean because of the bad isolation you can hear beds being moved, very bad. -AC can only be put on high or turn off, so it’s very cold when its on and you have to turn it on because it’s too hot during summer. -very far from beach, be ready to spend money on hotel where ever you go. -breakfast, the eggs and beans are not fresh and you can taste that -No good restaurants nearby. Don’t book this hotel. It looks better in pictures, they show you are close to the beach but not really and doesn’t have fridge or iron, also quality of the beds very awful. Worst 7 nights in my life.

Good location close to the airport, a little bit dated and food not great, but it was reasonably priced and ok for a 1 night stay

Clean nice hotel. Liked the pool area especially. Some confusion regarding ordering drinks and coffee with food (nobody to bring coffee and payment was confusing)

The hotel is out of the way. It's easy to get into Torremolinos centre by the bus. The best thing about the hotel... The employees - all very warm and welcoming. Food was average drinks were nice. Pool a lovely temperature. If the hotel was nearer the centre I would definitely stay again

Very large room and good view. A bit noisy at night. We had a bad odor, periodicly, from the ventilation system.

Fabulous time from start to finish. Hotel reception staff and the customer relations manager Imed were extremely helpful & friendly. Considering it was a low-cost weekend break, the experience was much better than I had hoped for. The pools were exceptionally clean and well supervised (with daily activities and games planned by the entertainment team). The bar was well manned with a good selection of drinks (cocktails free-flowing if all all-inclusive). The evening entertainment was hit and miss (but this was the last week of the season). The rooms were very plain, possibly in need a a touch of tlc, but perfectly adequate as we didn't spend much time in there other tan sleeping. The hotel is about a mile from the beach and is on the outskirts of the town, but there is a free shuttle bus which runs frequently throughout the day. Or reception will order you a low-cost taxi on request. It is only a few miles from Malaga airport so is extremely conveninent, but surprisingly quiet as we were not disturbed at all by any aircraft noise. We were all-inclusive, so all meals were buffet-style. There was a decent variety of foods available (if a little repetitive)

The hotel is old and not renovated, the facilities aren't kept properly. The toilet in the room was broken, and the food was not tasty at all.

Hotel slightly out of the way but the shuttle bus service to town centre and the beach is very good.

this place is amazing all the staff including the Restaurant and cleaners are so friendly and will go out of their way to help you i would like to mention Imed front of the restaurant he was so friendly had time for everyone and always spoke to all of us he had a smile on his face constantly and always joined in with the fun amazing man always made everyone welcome, the reception were amazing too again nothing too much trouble and they were always approachable. The food was fantastic and catered for everyone please keep this up i will definitely be back.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful. This hotel is geared up for young children. We took a 3 year old and he absolutely loved it. I would recommend this hotel for families with young children but couples only would probably be bored.

We arrived late but the hotel staff where friendly and laid out some snack for us which I thought was nice....however the snacks were not great but it was a thoughtful gesture. The room was great, really spacious and added bonus of a balcony. The free shuttle bus to downtown, the beach etc was fantastic and ran on time. My little boy loved the mini disco and kids club. The only downside is I feel the hotel could benefit from an indoor pool. Aside from that great hotel and I will defo go back.
