Room was of a good size and very clean and well presented. Bathroom also good size with all required amenities. Parking was on site and o ly 11 euro per night. Great location for sights of old town. Would recommend.

A nice hotel. A 20 minute walk from the train station. Hotel is across from El Corte Ingles, and it is hard to miss as there is a large sign on top of the tall building that houses the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was strong and hot. It is about a fifteen minute walk to the Plaza Mayor. There are also some restaurants and cafes nearby. The check-in was easy, however we were not provided a map or given any information about where things were, but we had our phones (though we saw others provided with one). The young lady working the front desk when we left was pleasant and helpful. If the price is right I would stay again.

The hotel has seen better days and several installations should see an update. The shape of the room (had #616) was impractical as with two people you are constantly in each others way. The bathroom is a good size but is also ageing. During our stay the bar was never open. Breakfast was available without defined seatings, which meant that it was extremely busy and no Covid rules or social distancing were observed. We used underground parking which was convenient and at a fair price. The city centre was within walking distance (approx. 10 mins) Overall I thought that the hotel room was too expensive for what it offered, comparing it with other hotels that we stayed at during our recent trip throughout Northern Spain. I would therefore not recommend it to my friends

Stayed here whilst motorcycle touring. Cheap on site underground parking for bikes. 10 minute walk for beers at Plaza Major.

A lovely stay

My stay was quite fine, the hotel is clean and has everything you might need. The breakfast was also good even with Covid restrictions. This is not a modern or design hotel but it is centric and you can count on the personnel’s help for anything, they are really nice.

Generally a nice hotel, but wifi not available for much of our stay. Reception not much help with updates.

Located about ten minute walk from the cathedral in a less touristy area. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Great rest day spot when on the Camino. Staff very helpful. Consistently good through the years.

We had a very nice street view...the hotel is just outside the Casco Antiquo but a very doable walk ..some nice local cafes and restaurants for breakfast and "menu"

Nice hotel, close to the centre of town and with its own underground car park (cost of parking is 11 Euros per night). Comfy bedroom and spacious bathroom. Good breakfast buffet costs 9 Euros.

This is a very good basic hotel, and one of the only dog friendly hotels in Leon. It is far from luxurious, but is centrally located and clean. Perfect for the one night stopover I needed.

Very nice hotel just 10 minutes walk from the old town. The buffet breakfast was very good and we had a nice paella for dinner one evening. Our room was very clean and spacious. Tip - the hotel car park is just around the corner but is not signed with the hotel name. Park in the designated area in front of the main entrance, check in then drive round the block to the car park.

Good central location within walking distance of centre

Stayed here with my husband for 2 nights whilst travelling to northern Spain for ferry from Santander. It seemed a fair way out from the centre but we werent sure of the way and found our return walk much quicker.

A bit dated but good location

Very good value for money. Within walking distance (20 mins) of the city centre, underground parking facilities, smart modern and comfortable. Breakfast was comparativey expensive (12 euros p.p) but a nearby cafe provided similar fare for 3 euros. Very near El Cortes Ingles store, perfect for that rainy day. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself fine the rooms are spacious and clean. The TV was old and only had 5 or 6 channels. However I was lead to believe guests of the hotel had access to a spa. The spa is over 10 minutes walk from the hotel and guests are required to pay to enter the spa. There is a tiny reduction in price for some of the services. I specifically choose this hotel in order to use the spa and in the end I didn't.

Good reception, pleasant and helpful staff in all parts of the hotel. Spacious, clean and comfortable room on 7th Floor. Excellent breakfast buffet, very enjoyable. No problem in extending departure time a couple of hours beyond the expected deadline. Easy walk into main shopping areas, although large deptl store just nearby. Close to pleasant river walk into town centre.

A very comfortable, clean room with a decent range of facilities. It was a 10 minute walk from the old town centre but in close proximity to shops. They provided secure storage for our bicycles and were generally very helpful.
