It doesn't look at all what the picture looks like the beds sheets were nasty to where I wouldn't sleep under the covers walls need to be painted floors wasn't swept and no free WiFi

There was permanent marker on the bathroom wall, the edge of the tub had been burned by a cigarette. The furnace was tore up, the beds were very hard, the coffee in the room was awful. While checking to make sure there was no bed bugs, we discovered someone’s shirt pushed between the bed and the headboard, someone took permanent marker and drew pictures on the mattress.

The room was dirty, it felt old and cheap. The beds were rock hard with three half pillows with very little filling. The towels had permanent stains from the years of use. The hot water lasted for a minute or two before turning cold for the rest of the shower and other guest. Considering the new hotels around this one, they will need to do a major renovation to attempt to compete.

Very basic no frills place to stay. Room could have been cleaner. On a tight budget for last minute travel so made it work. Would not stay here again.

We stayed here because it seemed to be a location away from any rough areas. We were in town for a family reunion. The room seemed clean until you walk across the floor in white socks, there's no carpet. The telephone didn't work properly when I tried to call front desk because the TV didn't work, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask for help. It was fixed when we returned back from dinner. The breakfast was nothing like the pictures, it was slim pickings and the OJ was more OJ water. Some guest decided to just get coffee (which was good) and go elsewhere for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It rained so we didn't get to enjoy the pool.

Room was good the front desk service checking in was terrible and leaving was terrible checking woman had a bad attitude for no reason and I was just there a week ago and it was nice which prompted me to return again but definitely don't have to worry about me coming back anymore

I loved everything..... except for how I was treated by the receptionist. Very rude and acted like she didn't want my family and i staying there and didn't want to speak to me when asking questions.

The room smelled completely like smoke as soon as I opened the door; the lady was suppose to cancel but I was charged on my card, so I hope my refund goes through

The first room they gave me keys for had not been cleaned yet and everything was all over the place. The next room was not very clean either with cigarette burns in the top comfortable r. There was dried blood along the baseboard area of the wall along with dirt and dust. The smell of the room was musty and floor that was laminate vinyl was filthy and needed cleaning. The chair in the corner of room was stained and filthy. Expedia screwed me on this one!

Pretty decent standard hotel. It is small, the bathrooms are the size of a half bath, so be warned. The pool is not open yet which is weird for April in Alabama. That was thw only reason we even chose this hotel. But glad we did as there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff are friendly which is a huge plus.

The room I was given had unfinished drywall repairs and smelled like it.
There was hair on the short wall of the tub shower. I think it is not good for the hotel to release rooms that are not complete

Bed wasn't very comfortable and very small pillows. Floors were very dirty, there was laminate flooring and your feet would be very dirty after walking on floors.

Room was clean and bed comfy. However toilet seat was loose and hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast, was cereal and waffles. Juice was watered down. Overal stay was pleasant.

We got there on 4/7/24 at approx 12p when I went to check in at the front desk. The lady that was working began yelling at me telling me check in is at 3p. I explained that she didn't have to yell that but ok. I was putting clothes in drawer in the room and there was a syringe just sitting there? How pathetic.

Everything at the motel was very clean, And the rooms were very nice.
The only bad thing was the microwave was not working correctly and making a lot of noise.
But other than that the staff was very friendly and everything was very nice at the motel.

When we checked in we were required to pay a deposit because we paid through Expedia. I was not asked to sign anything upon check in nor was I asked to produce my ID. I checked my room thoroughly because I wanted my deposit back. Immediately I noticed the comforter had holes in it. I asked the woman at the front desk who was visibly annoyed I wanted anything and she produced another which also had holes. I asked for another which looked the same so I gave up. The entire time she kept going to her car to talk on her phone. She did this her entire shift.

This place needs to be renovated. For the price, I was expecting a higher quality place. The chair had patches of leather missing, the smell of cigarette smoke lingers in the air. I cleaned up an area I spilled some water on the vinyl floor and the towel was filthy from that one spot. I wouldn't walk barefoot around this place.

Overall the room and stay were fine. There were some small issues. The sink had no hot water. The hair dryer did not work, the in room coffee maker did not work (well, it made 1/3 cup of slightly colored water all while it was sputtering and hissing. The shower had no pressure. Your shoes stuck to the floor when you walked.
The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The breakfast was passible except the OJ was empty. Breakfast was basic but ok. The room was clean. The staff was attentive. Every time you stopped using the internet for a few minutes, it would disconnect.

The staff are extremely rude. Every morning whoever is working the front desk interrogate me if I have a room here, as if I'm trying to steal the free breakfast.(Which is horrible. The juice taste like it's began to firment, and the cereal is stale). The manager & another lady have came out to the parking lot to ask me if I had a room also, and told me I couldn't walk around while on the phone.That the other guest think I don't have a room here...? I think they just profiled me. I've been staying here over a month & all this still occurs.

Not bad for a one night stay. Room was clean enough and staff was friendly enough.Room smelled of skunk weed house phone broken.Coffee maker broken. Restaurants and convenience store nearby.Property needs a good bit of repair. Then again this isn't a vacation resort and the price was low. The staff did their best with what they had.
