It was grate stay but the room wasn’t clean had some one trash in the room I definitely want stay again

If I could rate this hotel a negative zero I would!! This place needs to be condemned! I have never stayed in a more awful hotel in Bessemer. The halls smell bad, the room just didn’t look clean, we didn’t have a fridge. Called front desk they delivered us an old dirty fridge that was full on mold and smelled horrible. The bathroom was terrible. No toilet paper. The tub needed a good cleaning. There’s chipped paint everywhere. I mean it was awful. Only good thing about the room is the bed was comfy. The AC was cold. The hotel terrible!! The ice maker looked filthy. I didn’t even want to get ice out of it. This place needs a serious update & good thorough cleaning or it needs to be shut down!! I just can’t express my dissatisfaction enough!!!

The terrific and happy staff with a delicious breakfast. Each employee I came into contact with was enjoyable and an asset. Bravo

Upon checking into our room, the room seem to be clean and ready to occupy. However, there was mold present in the bathroom and the television did not work properly. We called the front desk about the visible mold in the bathroom and we were told that the mold we saw was actually water damage. We checked out immediately! Is it possible that Expedia could have a way of inspecting the properties that they are vouching for? I would definitely like to know about that inquiry.

The room walls had dripping stains/splatters. The bathroom tub could use a simple bleaching. Black in the calking around the tub, bottom of tub had the look of dirty foot smudge. I asked for another room and my complaint is not that they didn’t have another, but that they wanted me to pay more because I booked through Expedia. The check in lady and some other lady hanging out, who in the morning I saw she was an employee, were exchanging looks back and forth of obvious dislike towards me simpleton because I kindly asked for another room. Unprofessional and childish. We stayed in that room because we had to as we were passing through but we did not bring our belongings in.

Absolutely AMAZING

Staff were excellent. Some items showing age. Bathtub had a repair covering on the bottom. It was very slick with no warning - could have easily fallen, but did catch myself. Great price through Hotels.com. Would certainly stay again.

The hotel is under renovation. I stayed in one of the older rooms, but I also booked my room 2 hours before arrival, so I was aware of this. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Bad was comfortable and room was clean. I would stay again

So staff was great. Breakfast was good and staff kept up with refilling and cleaning If I had to say the negative the elevator suck they was so slow you waited way to long. And they was so hot. Halls was so hot too They didn’t offer water. Most costly hotel as this one offered water. Water was scares the whole trip

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised that for the value of the stay, it was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good, and the overall hotel looked and smelled clean.
