It was really dirty. Smoke detector was disconnected and laying on the counter couldn't take a shower because there was so much lime buildup on the shower head it was barely trickling. Floors were torn up they said they were under construction it smelled of mildew there were Rusty Parts everywhere in the bathroom the only reason why I didn't go somewhere else as I did not have the financial means to get another room.And I still have not received the $100 deposit back

People were charging their phones in the hallway and were in the hallway all night

Staff was rude the hotel was a mess it looked like they were on drugs I will not stay at this hotel I do not recommend it

The property is really nice even with construction going on inside the hotel my only issue was my tv didn't work the first night of my stay

The bed was moist and wet. There was a roach in my room that I had to try and catch. The tv did not work. There was no mini fridge. I want a refund.

I was really disappointed. When trying to call the property you can not get a hold of anyone at the front desk. They had no phone system. Plus I don't understand why you have guests staying in hotel rooms that are under renovation.

This place smell horrible

This property is undergoing renovations which we were unaware of until we got there. There was no breakfast and the workout room was closed. The floors were dirty and in disrepair in the hall and elevator. Our room had no smoke detector (against the law?), no phone and no hair dryer. We were there 2 days and no one came in to clean the room. We had to get clean towels from the front desk. We were not able to talk to the manager or owner. Also the main lobby smelled like marijuana. We booked under a no refund policy, so unfortunately we were stuck at this hotel. Never again.

A great place to say and great all the way hot breakfast.. Very nice people that work there.

Very pleasant staff n frenly

I was not made aware that the property was under construction and there would be no free breakfast there was no deduction for that also there was roaches in the room and in the ice machine.

They were in the end stages of remodeling. So some dirt and debris was around. But rooms very clean staff very nice

The entire hotel was under construction. Half the floor from my hall was missing. The elevator didn’t work for 3/7 nights I stayed. Nobody was changing the common area garbage pails. Built up pizza boxes and other food trash left overflowing the cans. NO CURTAINS on the window in my room. It looked like daylight at night. I asked the front desk about the curtains and they told me they could give me a sheet to hang up. Oh and you had to kick the room to get it open bc it would stick. The bed was okay, I think because it was new. I’d like to say the no carpet in my room was a good thing, but it was filthy. Overall, it wasn’t great.

No housekeeping, no breakfast and no elevator for a few days because of remodelations. Staff was good and room was clean.

I checked in and paid for my stay with cash, then they took a credit card for a deposit, and then they charged my stay to the original card, tying up hundreds of dollars for over a week while I was on vacation. This will likely impact my decision on whether or not to use this app again.

The towels not clean. Lack clean floors, refrigerator dirty, surfaces dusty, smoke smell horrible, breakfast very poor for 125 dollars a night

I understand the property was being renovated however with paint all over the floors, room not finished and overall dirty appearance Maude for an uncomfortable stay. Possibly just do one floor at a time and don’t book rooms around customers. I would not have stayed there if I knew the conditions

Hotel under construction, was not made aware of that, just dirty feeling. My room floor felt sticky, my socks were filthy just walking around the room. Sink, counter, toilet, tub all needs repairs / replaced.

The hotel was under renovation. It was impossible for me to stay. I check out, immediately.

This is by far the worst hotel state I have ever had in my life. It’s hard to believe this is a Wyndham property Because as soon as you arrive, it is covered in filth and workers doing construction on the building. We asked the front desk why we were not advised or why it was not listed on the website that the hotel is under construction, and the front desk lady said she doesn’t know why and she has asked her manager the same question. The floors were covered in stains and the next morning the elevator to go up to our room was out of order. Elevator stayed out of order until we left two days later. We had to walk up and down the stairs for the rest of our stay carrying a baby and all of our things because of the elevator. The stairs were filled with water which I took, and anyone can slip which I won’t be surprised if it happens soon. The people staying here are extremely sketchy, and one of the rooms had a door open with two people that looked to be in a hospice situation, laying in the hotel room with a strong odor coming out of that room and a nurse sitting by the door. Rarely, but I am truly trying to protect peoples money and safety leaving this here because we were truly scared for our lives and had to go. Highly recommend you run this place as fast as you can in the opposite direction as especially if you have kids this place is not safe and they also have outlets that are rigged and do not have proper covers on them so it is a huge safety hazard for small children.

Property was being worked on while I stayed there. You have to ask for a change of towel

Hotel was doing renovations and was only using box springs on bed no soft mattress . We left and they claimed they refunded. Can you refund us as we booked through hotels.com app?

Staff was friendly, understand renovations happening really needs blackout curtians. Was a nice stay on a budget.

The hotel is under renovation but despise That the room in the 3 floor was not remodeled sink broke , also the pool is very dirty and small not in good condition
