Hotel did not have my reservation so I had to pay again. Went to room and key didn’t work. Elevator button didn’t work.

Was fine.. our couch had some stains and the towels had rust stains or something on them, otherwise the rooms seemed clean.
The pullout couch bed was terribly uncomfortable, you can feel the metal bars.
The doors are so incredibly loud at all hours.. I was woken up a number of times due to the apartment doors slamming shut.
Overall the hotel was large and clean.. I’d stay here again, but there are a couple of issues that could be addressed.

Room did not loot modern and there was a letter inside my room from the hotel that read they will be shutting the water to the entire building offf for maintenance from 10:30 pm to 5 am so we couldn’t even flush the toilet they could have told me this before i checked in and gave me the option to go some where else

We called to say we were arriving late and they did not warn us there would be no water in the entire building after 10pm. There we stayed in a hotel room that cost hundreds of dollars and we had no water to flush the toilet or wash our face. We were never informed of this except for a sign at check-in.
The beds were not queen, but full size and very challenging for two grown adults to fit in.
The guests in the room next to us were having a party with loud music past 1am.

The gym is very small and under-equipped for such a large hotel.

Free breakfast in the mornings was amazing especially custom made omelets. Along with evening social with free snacks and drinks. The view was amazing, inside rooms could use upgrades. Couch bed was over used with sunken cushions that kept sliding off and couch mattress had stains. Bathroom was dusty.

Quick family trip to Chicago to see a Broadway show. Hotel was within an easy walking distance to the theater, as well as many great restaurants.
Rooms were spacious. Beds could always be a bit softer, but nothing is ever like home :) Evening was quiet, despite a very busy hotel. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Here for a business trip. Enjoyed the accommodations. Disappointed in 2 things, but can’t have it all: 1. No shuttle to and from airport. 2. Breakfast on weekend not until 730 although m-f at 630. Business/flights happen on weekends too. It would’ve been nice to grab some breakfast before making my way to airport Sunday.

The complimentary breakfast was really bad, line for an omelet was 45 minutes and the buffet was cold and lacking options. TV remotes did not work and there is no reason why cuts shouldn’t be able to use their own streaming services vs paying $20 for a movie.

The room and the view was amazing. Good and other beverages were amazing the only problem we had was the late or no response of the phone . No one there responds to the phones

Bathroom tub drained slow. Rusty.Tub halfway filled with water after taking a shower. Carpet needed cleaning. Sofa was old needed replaced. Towels has yellow spot. We booked 2 rooms, the other room has empty shower gel. Staff service was good. Ordered food for the room. Food was also good. I expected more from the room for what they charged.

Property was beautiful and kept very clean. Walking distance to many of the great attractions in the Downtown Chicago area. The breakfast selection was great and saved me time from having to go out and find somewhere to eat in the mornings. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was incredibly difficult to get a live person on the phone to assist with getting the digital key and check in completed. I spent over an hour on the phone. Also the AC was broken in the room.

Candy at the front desk was pleasant when we checked in. Felt bad for her as there was a lone line of people needing service. Location was excellent and convenient to all of the touristy sights. Excellent location. Always love the two room setup at Embassy. Only need for improvement is that the rooms were very dusty and the tub looked horrible. Really needs to be revarnished or a new tub. We had a bad lamp which was swapped with a new one. Otherwise a good stay.

The hotel is in a great location! We walked to many of the major attractions in the area. The staff was nice. The happy hour and breakfast was good. The property is clean, but the room needs major upgrades. For the cost of the room each night, I expected better. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was discolored. The bathroom molding had cracks in it around the tub. Omg the tub, they need to resurface it. I'm sure they cleaned it but it looks so dirty. The towesl are dingy. They really need to remodel the rooms! I was on the 10th floor.

My stay was amazing. The only bad thing is that they charge 10 usd for each package that arrives before you. I am paying a 300 usd room. That should be included.

Very busy hotel, extremely loud. We arrived after check in time but they had no rooms ready, there was no apology, and the text that we could pick up our keys never came. Breakfast was chaos, not enough space, too few staff.
