Very nice place, close to all amenities. Just a short walk to the beach. Very nice bed, shower and breakfast. I’ll be back.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. I found the area to be pretty safe for tourist and it was conveniently close to the beach.

This hotel was very nice and a close walk to Copa beach. The staff is very friendly helped me with arranging my taxi ride to the airport very early in the morning, always got the door for us and cleaned the room good. The rooftop pool has a mini bar and patio area with a great view of the beach and tons of good dining around

The property is a perfect small hotel, wish it had bigger pool/ bar . Buy the corner and have a decent restaurant. Sunday market was nice to encounter.

We need a late check out and they said they had no room to do so. Said the only room available was a business class made us to pay a lot just to stay couple hours more and after I paid they said I could stay in the same room. No offense but I thought they were thinking just about getting more and more money. Next time I will book an overnight even though I won stay because that ended up so expensive for us. Plus we won’t stay at that hotel next time.

The hotel was great. It is not on the beach, and the area is a bit noisy and congested, but that's Rio.

Location was really convenient . Supermarket and laundromat very close by which was handy as we stayed for 12 nights. Staff were friendly , polite and always helpful. Small pool upstairs but cozy quiet getaway with views . Gym -needs and update . Treadmills old and the elliptical wasn’t working.

I liked the quiet pool. Some of the charges were strange for some items like plates and forks. Why charge for these items. There wasn't a coffee machine in the room or ice free of charge. I did not like these things. Some staff was very nice and other were too mean and stiff. I do not understand why be so stern. The customers are on vacation and would like friendly staff at the front desk.

Great location in Copa. Rooftop has one of the best Caipirinah I had in Rio. The pool is only waist deep, but serves a purpose to cool off. The hotel is very strict with visitors, so my friends staying nearby were not allowed up without paying a fee. They are very strict with this, as it seems most hotels are in Brazil. Overall good spot and the staff is very friendly.

Nice Hotel, Great view from the rooftop deck. Close to the beach and in the middle of Copacabana, front staff very helpful and recommended a very good restaurant. The staff help me communicate with taxi drivers as I did not speak Portuguese.

We stayed for a week at the hotel. The hotel staff is so courteous and helpful. The cleanliness and readiness everyday of the room was superb. Room service was excellent and the food was tasty and hot. When I visit again Rio I will definitely try to stay again at this property.

Great stay, hotel location and condition is excelente. Pool has early closet.

Stayed a week for birthday. Every day at 9 pm, we received a call from the front desk saying to quiet down but we were not even being loud. Breakfast was the same every day, elevators are very old, beds are hard but the pillows are soft. The TV was only dubbed in Portuguese with no options to change it. No ice machine or microwave for guest use. The area around the hotel is not the best, especially at night because they follow you and keep asking for money. The beach is very close, but there is not much nightlife. We walked about 15 mins to get to the club. Attractions are more within driving distance, but at least the subway is a 7 min walk. The good parts were the staff, cleanliness and the balcony. You can see Cristo Redentor from the pool deck and there is great room service. For the price and the 4 star rating, I thought it was going to be more elite. There are several more hotels I would consider when returning to Rio.

We did enjoy our stay but on a given day, the breakfast service was not as prompt. Maid service was a bit slow on the day that we did request our room to be cleaned and the trash in the bathroom was never emptied.

This hotel is at excellent location. 1 block (2 min walk) from the beach. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and a laundromat within a block. Every staff we have interacted with were very friendly, especially doorman Jose and receptionist Uany who were very helpful. Hotel provides beach umbrella and beach towels, very convenient as we visited the beach often. Only downside is that the internet is slow in the evenings when everyone is online.

The property is in great location close to shopping, the beach and restaurants. it is clean and staff are great. i just find it unreasonable that they do not allow friends/family members to go up to your room if they are not registered or you must pay extra. Breakfast options are awesome ( just don't pick the slice bread with ham & cheese ) Sauna, pool & gym are in great view which i like.

Great experience

First they didn’t let me check in immediately I had to wait for the front desk to finish their conversation with each other. Then they arbitrarily told me I can’t have guest in my room. They assigned me to a room that I’m sure they know was subpar. When I checked in there were roaches crawling out of the air conditioner vent. When I went to the front desk to ask for a room change they told me that all the other rooms were waiting for a new check I͏n͏s͏. I asked why I can’t have one of the new checking rooms since I was a new check in and they had no answer for me. Not sure if I was racially profiled, but I did not see The same thing happening to other guests.

Great location set back from the Copacabana almost central. The staff are really friendly and approachable, breakfast was decent and the facilities and pool were too. Would stay again
