The property has one of the best positions in the city and has wonderful views, however it needs updating and better, more thorough maintenance. It would still be my choice for future trips, as it’s in a very beautiful and safe area.

This is a good enough hotel by the beach.

Hotel with a rooftop pool ideally in a fuzzy commercial and beach area. There is direct access to a shopping centre with variety of bars and restaurants. The beach is just across the road. The building is a bit dated but the staff is very nice and helpful and will make you forget some minor faults.

The location of the hotel is good for a couple of days, not for an full vacation. Some items of the hotel should be refurbished, as e.g. the windows and baths. The team is very good and helpful.

A estadia foi ok, mas nos sentimos decepcionados e lesados com a proibição ao rooftop do prédio (piscina, bar, lazer em geral). Fomos surpreendidos com um aviso de que a área está em reforma. Tudo bem fazer reforma, mas isso deveria ter sido avisado previamente (antes da reserva) e deveria até mesmo, influenciar no preço (que não é barato). Pagamos um valor mais alto pq sabíamos que usufruiríamos de uma área de lazer agradável, e lá, simplesmente fomos comunicados que não poderíamos subir. Apenas soubemos isso, enquanto tentávamos acessar o rooftop e o elevador não funcionava (não havia nenhum comunicado oficial- tive de questionar um funcionário para descobrir essa informação), pelo que percebi, outros hóspedes foram surpreendidos iguais. Outro ponto, é que as instalações estão muito velhas, o hotel todo precisa de reforma, quartos, banheiros, e estrutura em geral. A única coisa que salvou foi o EXCELENTE atendimento dos funcionários, todos muito cordeais e gentis.

Very good service. Very courteous personnel. Very good bar service. Decor a little bit outdated and rooms could provide better closets. Wonderful breakfast buffet. The main drawback was having only two small elevators to serve a large number of rooms.

I was very disappointed by the condition of this hotel. It was dirty, and dilapidated. The room was very small and cramp. Very old furniture. In the shower, the soap dish had bad mold every where. The refrigerator was nicely stocked tho. The pool was over sold in the video and picture online made it seem like a grandp[l but in reality, very small, rundown. It was so bad my child cried and we had a better time at the beach, a mere 100 ft from the hotel. That all said, the hotel staff was very kind and polite. The hotel restaurant staff were very kind and the best part of the hotel. Very accommodating and even made a special breakfast for my last day. The house cleaning staff was very friendly. Overall, i will never go back to this hotel

Location is excellent adjacent to a shopping mall and right in front of beach. Disappointment is a swimming pool on the top floor. It is way smaller as it looks by photos. And, water temperature was weirdly warm like 30 degree celsius. In addition to that, there were guests accompanying small kids with diaper on, who were in the pool together. It was a disgusting and unhygienic. Staffs there didn't pay attention nor gave a gentle caution at all.

My family and I had a great time staying at the hotel. Employees are great, pool has the best views, hotel is a little dated, but great overall!

Ótima localização, as áreas do hotel eram muito boas, piscina na cobertura muito boa, quarto com boa limpeza, e com preocupações sobre as práticas de higiene. O único ponto ruim foi que infelizmente a TV estava sem nenhum canal funcionando por algum problema com a Net, técnico do hotel tentou resolver e foi muito atencioso mas não foi possível resolver.

No information on check in Room: random hairs / stain on bedsheet / TV was extremely old ( poor quality) / could hear all road noise / furniture being moved until midnight in room above / noise from other guests in hallway / old furniture and decoration / no room service menu (had to call twice and had to go get it myself )

They really do try harder than most. Things to always be conscious of are the Brazilians never ending ability to be offended. In most other laces in an economy low this the price per night would be 30-50CAD. Qccomadation prixss are totally out of whack with the rat of life here

In a country where English is almost non existent they at least had a few staff who could speak English. Anxious to please and fix mistakes. Pool is fabulous. Would recommend for sure.
