Great location, restaurants walkable, beautiful views. Staff responsive.

Room not as it looked on website, toilet was so low to the floor your knees are very upward and close to chest. Moved as well.

All good, no problems. Excellent view.

It was okay overall but would not stay here again. A little lacking on service and the only amenity they offered was a coffee pot in the room but getting coffee for it was a chore.

Beautiful room with amazing views

The bed sheets were already stained when we in. The room above us were stomping their feet all night. I did no get any rest.

This place is amazing! The views are incredible, and the location is perfect! It is quiet and set back from the main road. I went as a solo woman traveller and felt very safe and secure. I sat outside my room before I started each day and after I ended it. The rates are good. I checked out nearby places, and concluded this place was the right choice for me. Bonus points for having my room available ahead of time.

Great view, comfortable bed, perfect location to walk around. We had an inconvenience checking in because it is advertised as a 24/7 front desk but it was not on the main lobby or main entrance. We had to call and we waited for someone to guide us to another hotel where we could check in.

Gave us a room recently used by dog owners. Wife had to use a Epipen due to severe allergic reaction. They even had dogs staying in the room next to us that they knew nothing about even though they were barking well after 10 pm. Management (Donald) promised a $120 refund and then ghosted us. For what you get, outdated room, dirty carpet and noise not to mention the funky electrical stink, this place is way overpriced. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Orchards Inn.

Great location with a view of Red rocks mountains. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating, we were check in early and always asked about our stay. Thank you for the comfortable stay, we hope to come back again.

The best hotel in terms of location. Beautiful views and enjoyed having my morning cup of tea on the balcony. This in true sense elevated the spiritual experience.

Nice view

People pay a lot of money to stay here for the issues I had. It is completely unacceptable. To have missing microwaves or broken refrigerators.

I have stayed here a few times. The place is old, front doors have gaps to outside, it could really use some updating but if you want a million dollar view then this is the place. There is NO pool, when I stayed here in 2020 THEY HAD A POOL! So to our surprise they do not have one any longer, it's cemented in. Well, when I stay somewhere that has a pool and I remember it having a pool and make a reservation again thinking they have a pool and then they don't, I kind of felt like I was losing my mind! We tried to cancel our rooms but the front desk said they would comp us pool passes to use the fancy schmancy l'auberge pool 173 steps down the hill. The passes are usually $80 per person. She told us when we check out that they would reverse the pool charges and to take her word for it, she was always there, "practically lives there". Checkout the next day, this gal was nowhere to be found. We had a VERY angry man at the front desk who insisted that the pool was a standard charge, which ended up being $400. We told him that this gal gave HER WORD that she would reverse the charges upon checkout. He then proceeded to try to call someone a few times on some device that wasn't working and he unplugged it and threw it. He did reverse the charges but that was wild! The rooms we got had small very low toilets and sinks, felt like a giant in a tiny house and I'm 5'6"! I actually have more to say but not enough space here. Will not be back to this place again.

Beautiful view, convenient location, and quiet. However, no pool.

Everyone at the desk was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the breakfast at 89Agave. The room was big and comfortable. Spectacular views from our floor to ceiling windows and balcony. Would for sure stay here again.

This is a beautiful property with an amazing private view of the red rocks. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The location was amazingly convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. The onsite restaurant, Agave 89 has amazing breakfast and dinner options! This is my 4th time staying here and I look forward to the next!

Excellent trip!

Well first of all the room I payd for was not the room I got when I checked in ..so please make sure that you double check the picture and place .. they gave me a ugly little room for 5 people crammed all together with barely enough space to walk around and second the view was nothing like it was in the photo either! So I went to the office to complain. I ended up getting switched out to another room in a different building and the view was much better just like in the photo but the only negative part was bad plumbing. Broken shower Coffee machine was broken No TV channels We literally only had one TV channel, which was news.

Property was old, outside wicker bistro sets were unraveling, the front desk was rude, I won’t be coming back.

We truly enjoyed out stay at the Orchards Inn, Sedona. The location was perfect and an easy walk to most anywhere. The view from our balcony was outstanding as was the hotel staff and housekeeping. Would recommend!

I would move in if I could. Most beautiful stay I ever had anywhere.
