Needs some uplift. We didn’t find the beds very comfortable. The property is dated. Pool is very good and clean. Bathroom faucets didn’t work very good. Staff is polite though. Lots of parking available and location is very convenient.

First room we got had a leaking shower. Left water everywhere and our clothes got wet. Asked front desk if they had a washer and dryer but we were denied. They then switched our room to a room smaller than what we originally got. They then switched us to a third room where the shower wouldn’t turn on, we had to get help from a staff. That staff told us they closed the faucet extremely tight because if you don’t, the faucet will leak water. We stayed there with the faucet not closed all the way and again.. leaking shower. I spoke to front desk Atleast twice a day looking for a manager. They said the manager will call you. I checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday. I never got a call from the manager or was able to speak with them. Front desk kept saying the manager is not here. I come to find out this is an ongoing issue and the hotel has been putting off renovations until September. Why let us book a stay when you know there is an issue with the shower. We were extremely frustrated. I patiently waited for the manager. I checked out on Sunday and the front desk lady was shocked. She said the manager was in on Thursday and Friday and I am unsure why no one has got back to you. She also told me no one even put in a claim and she is very sorry. She gave me her personal information and said this will be dealt with by Tuesday. I cannot believe they would treat us like we didn’t matter. We drove all the way from Ottawa and we’re extremely tired and just wanted to relax.

Have stayed here before until it became expensive. For a Holiday Inn corporate needs to do something about this place as its well below standard.

The hot tub could use an overhaul and cleaning.

Bedding weren't Clean. Bathroom was not clean.

We were on the 7th floor & had the front corner of the hotel room 707. The view was pretty nice & the room over all had a good layout. The room looked clean over all, washroon was very small. Our room did look a little outdated along with the hallways outside the rooms. Front lobby looks pretty.nice but the pool is in pretty bad condition, does have hot tub but both the hot tub and pool are in pure condition, the paint inside pool is flaking off & just looks pretty old

Enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly, room was very clean and all appliances worked great. I would stay again and highly recommend.

Property was bit old and not that perfectly clean. Also the major point was the receptionist, she was soo rude. We tried to check in early at around 12 and she rudely said checkin is 3pm. Not a good way to treat customers.

Staff was unproffesional . Charged me more than what the price was offered by expedia when I explained I was asked to show the proof when I showed the expedia app price then the staff called expedia and reimberced the price difference. AC was terrible. Humid will never book this location again.

The entire experience was great!

We found ants in the bathroom and AC unit was extremely loud. The room also smelled terrible too, almost like mold.

Hallways smell like smoke but rooms had a strong smell of cleaning products, which was good! Hotel was okay. I’d stay again.

The room is very clean and spacious for 4 people. There is a separate living area with a sofa bed, TV, fridge and microwave. The beds are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

Average, nothing remarkable. Was here for a night for a conference. Front staff not talkative and didn't offer a receipt upon payment. When I realized, I was in my room and tried calling the lobby, but phone not working it seems. I left in a hurry and chatted with the hotel chain on Google Maps who made a request for the receipt to be sent to me within 48h but it's been several days with nothing received. Just feels poorly organized
