Check in women was extremely friendly / kind and very helpful.
Condo was warm when I got there in the evening .. went to put air on and read don’t put above 72. I didn’t hear it going so just figure I was hot. Went to bed.
Next day again the air not turning on. It was a bit cooler so I opened the slider
By the 3rd day it was a cold day. When I got back it was extremely cold in the place. I went to put the heat on and nothing. I did call office and was told if the neighbor has there air on you can’t have the heat. Kinda weird but ok. I did express I think it’s broken. It hasn’t come on at all. She offered to have someone come look at it but I had just gotten in and was tired and in the middle of something. I just bundled up. She did say she would put a note to have someone look at it. I asked to be notified even though I was checking out. I know it was broken and I feel I should get some kind of compensation.
Some of the lamps you had to jiggle to get it them to work. That’s not good
The overall grounds were nice. Condo a little run down. There was no bedspread. Just sheet and a thin blanket.

A no frills place, but the place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Comfy bed. Nice to have garage access so your car stays out of the elements. Free full size laundy machines too. A good value.

Units are large with kitchen. Had problems with the beds. One very soft and the other very hard. The pool was cold. Hard to relax and swim.

The place is really nice but be aware, there is nothing else near it in walking distance other than the golf course.
There was an issue with the air conditioning initially but that was quickly resolved.
The free laundry facilities came in handy.
Having a fridge, microwave and coffee maker was also really nice

The one bed studio was great, big enough and comfortable. Area is quiet and far away enough from main road so you don't hear the local traffic. The only thing that made the experience not excellent was when the a/c would kick in you could hear the suction through the front door, you can even hear it if you were standing outside the door. We stayed only one night so it was no big deal, just a little annoying. Staff was great! Will definitely consider for a longer stay next time to try all amenities!

At first look ,the unit looked clean,but then I saw all the dirt in the slider door track..and in all the window sills. Unit needed a deep cleaning.

A relaxing staff in a pleasant resort. Very quiet - nothing else nearby really so need to be prepared to drive - downtown is about 15 minutes away.

Decent, basic place to stay for one night. It looks like a time capsule from the 90s, right down to the dvd library in the lobby. Clean & quiet. I got a good rate.

At arrival room was smelled like poop. When u turned on the water it had very bad smell like sewer. There were dirty dishes in the Dishwasher. The air conditioner did not work. Maintenance was notified they came out just to put power on the rug and washed the dishes. The order went away for a bit but returned with bad smell. I am not satisfied with this stay I feel I need to be compensated because I’m was very uncomfortable and felt nauseas.

it was like staying in a cave, bad air, made me cough, the “pull out bed” was smaller than a twin, kind of like a coffin. you could hear everything through the walls. the lamp was broken and falling over. clean-ish, i guess. can’t do upgrades allegedly because it’s a timeshare resort, i’ve stayed in many and they are always willing to take money….except this place apparently. would not recommend. there’s a double tree by hilton next door, stay there instead.

The air conditioning went out after maintenance had gone home for the day and it had been 115 degrees out during the day so it was a miserable night. They said they would send maintenance at 6 or 7am so we set an alarm but they never came. Called to tell them maintenance didnt come and still no air and they just said sorry for the inconvenience. Had we not packed two fans we would have left in the middle of the night. Very bad communication about the issue.

I’ve stayed at this property several times before and come back because of the ease of booking, the beautiful and quiet property. I could not give it the 5 starts like I normally would have because I had requested a downstairs room because I had recently broken my foot and instead of canceling the trip I figured I could still manage. The week before I called the property and requested the downstairs as I explained my situation. At that time I was told there would be no issue but upon check in there was an issue. Apparently there were no more downstairs rooms available. At this point even if I wanted to cancel my trip I couldn’t. Not only was I outside the cancellation period but I had just driven 3 hours from LA in rush hour traffic. Needless to say I had to hobble myself up the stairs and that’s where I stood. No pool no dinner out nothing. I basically paid almost $300 for what I could’ve done at home. I think I was just more disappointed with the staff because not only were they not accommodating but also showed no sympathy or took any responsibility for telling me one thing and not following through

I love the fact that you have everything you need. I also like tge check-in was so easy and tgey even had popcorn, candy and a slushy drink in the lobby.

Really bad service and communication my family reserved 4 rooms like 4 months in advance we travel from Az to an event next door we book because it was convenient for us and they call us 2 hours before check in to tell us the they are overbooked and cancel our reservation

Very spacious suite. All of the necessary items for a weekend stay. Well maintained property. Staff is outstanding. I will be staying with n the future.

Staff were all amazing, they went above and beyond to help me. What I did not like was old dirty carpets, the fridge was way to small. A bigger one is needed. The 2 chairs were dirty and made me itch, had to cover 1 so I had a spot to sit.

Really bad experience my family travel from Az to an event next door we book like 4 months in Advance and they cancel few hours before check in, total of 4 rooms the excuse was we over book sorry, really they wait 2 hours before check in and is not even a really good hotel looks old but it was convenient because it was feet’s away from the venue

While the property was very nice and attractive and each employee I encountered was very nice, welcoming and helpful, the interior space of my room was quite outdated with poor lighting. The bedding was very uncomfortable (mattress and pillows), mattress was very unsupportive and pillows were lumpy. Poor fitting bed linens led to having to remake the top of the bed daily.
