We arrived in the middle of the night, and they have staff at the front desk 24/7. Unfortunately, probably because we arrived so late, our king suite was in the basement level. We had a queen bed where a sofa could have been. The suite was dark like a cave. The fridge made too much noise. We did like the location near the exit into the parking lot where our car was. The breakfast was hot and tastier than most. Loved the little slices of sausage. The exterior facilities all appeared very nice, I just think we got the last choice on the room.

Nice Dove branded toiletries. Good for overnight stop for flights arriving late into Bozeman Airport. Decent included breakfast before driving into YNP.

We were assigned room 115 we killed 5 bed bugs that had blood in them! Discreetly told front desk and they kindly moved us to another floor (226) with no problems.

We stayed one night due to its location close to the airport. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Soap bars were tiny. In the bathroom the countertop was 12 inches long. There was not enough light in the rooms. Breakfast ended at 9 am. We went to eat at 8 am, and our food ha cold. The towels were way too thin. On the plus side, the room was clean. The location was not good-right in the middle of a truck yard. I would not recommend this motel.

Doors to rooms so loud/ slamming . Only one good light working in room . Cleaning crew was playing really loud music at 8am , beeping all night outside room . Breakfast was pretty blah. . For $234 I would not recommend

This was an average room in an average location. The parking lot was not inviting. Lobby and staff were fine. Breakfast was average to slightly above average. Carpet in the room was in need of repair. I could feel the springs in the mattress which was quite uncomfortable. Not near worth the $320 that we paid per night.

The bathroom was not that clean. The rest was ok. Seems like an older hotel

My young son left behind his tablet. We called as soon as we realized it (about 4 hours after checkout) and let them know which room we were in and which bed the tablet was left on. We were told it hadn’t been turned in. I asked the front desk attendant if he could double check and he said he would get back to me. I called back when I didn’t get a return call and was told the housekeeping staff had already gone home and I should contact the GM the next morning. When I did so, I was told they looked high and low and never found the tablet. We know for a fact the tablet was left in the bed, so if it wasn’t found, it means someone on the staff stole it because we called before check in occurred. Yes, we made a mistake leaving it behind. But we have never had a problem getting property returned in all of our years of travels when a mistake like this was made in the past. extremely disappointing. Also, the pool and hot tub were out of order, which wasn’t apparent when booking, so that was inconvenient with a young child.

Hotel is okay but paid for an upgraded king suite and the mattress are Terrible. The suite itself Was huge and overall facility looks like similar La Quinta. Staff and cleanliness Are fine. It’s the beds and overall items used in rooms that just feel cheap. Could use some new mattress and the hotel would be better. It’s also next to a casino so guess that could be good or bad depending on preference.

Disappointed that the hot tub was not working properly.

Room was clean! Jacuzzi tub was amazing! Staff was excellent! Would stay again! Breakfast was delicious!

Pool and hot tub were both closed, which was a huge disappointment after my kids were cooped up in the car for 8 hrs. The young man who checked us in was sooo kind and did his best to cheer my kids up. Room was dated but fine for an overnight. Price was “good” for Bozeman but way too high for the quality.

Decent hotel for overnight stopovers.

Lots os semis and other trucks parked and sitting around property since the truckstop next door closed. Staff vwr friendly and nice. Nice to have the iced water on the lobby around the clock. The rooms were fair. One bed was fine the other was lopsided and mattress was way too soft and had a huge indentation one side. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and the shower curtain had a bad smell to it.

Building needed small repairs here and there

Overall the stay was good. The hot tub was broken the whole time we were there, the fitness center equipment was very old and rusty. The room we got was not the one I reserved online, I was told that room did not exist, so I had to share a bed with my son. We also noticed that even after giving my daughter a bath, her feet from walking on the carpet were black. I know they got vacuumed, but they need a good carpet cleaning.

The layout of the inside always awesome and loved the decor. The front desk personnel were very friendly and attentive. When we come back into for a night, will definitely stay there!!!!
