Proximity to airport
Sheets on one bed weren’t changed from last guests (hair and crumbs in the sheets) and the bed was made as if it was all tucked in

It was great. Loved it.

The room and overall hotel was fine. The pool area was a bit grimy.
The worst part was getting blind-sided at the front desk with the news that our room, which was booked and presumably pre-paid through a Priceline bundle had NOT been prepaid, although our PAID invoice showed it in the list of paid accommodations. Even worse than that, Priceline said it was because they had pawned off the hotel part of our trip on Booking.com, and the issue was THEIR fault.

Location is good. Rooms were clean. Heating and cooling system was working fine.
* Complementary breakfast had too few vegetarian options. Even bread wasn't available.
* There is no elevator. We were assigned room at floor 3. It was difficult to move the luggage.
* Reception area was hot. I am not sure if air conditioning was present in reception area or it wasn't working.

The location to the airport was perfect. The facility was clean and the front desk staff was friendly!

Room size was nice. Breakfast was good.
Walls are thin. The family upstairs with small children were very loud and woke us up at 3 am as they must have been preparing for an early morning flight. No elevators.

No elevator. This important fact should be mentioned on your website! Lugging several heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs is not a pleasant experience!

The rooms were outdated (meaning not modern - old bath, old tv sets, etc.).

Decades old. Paper thin walls. Dirty. $200/night WAY over priced. Horrible value. Fluctuating water temp in shower. Baby sized towels. Godawful pillows, etc., etc.

The beds were comfortable.
The smell in the room was overpowering. Had to leave the window open all night to air out.
The fenced dog area needs maintenance. Bin for dog poop is full.

absolute nothing only plus is it’s location to the airport
dirty,noisy,smells like weed, some of the room lights do not work, beside surfaces dusty and not wiped down, linens not clean and stained,staff extremely unhelpful and uncaring and even laughed when I called re noisy loud speaking neighbors at 2 in the morning

airport shuttle and taxis stopped before our plane arrived - stranded until someone called us an uber. Grim breakfast and all plastic single-use cutlery, plates, cubs etc.

The breakfast.
It was very loud outside my door. I could also hear water running in the next door room. I was woken up at 3:50 am by running in the hall, and numerous times I heard a door close across the hall, and people walking up the stairs that were located near my room.
The refrigerator made a humming noise. I didn’t get a very good nights sleep.

Breakfast was great. Accessibility to the room was the challenge. No elevator, unable to use access key to open door to take up luggage. Tod that it didn’t work all the time.

Clean. Well maintained. Most all worked/functioned.
A pool and spa that works and is open. Healthier breakfast choices, not just scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy day after day.
