Staff was very friendly and the price was good but the property is in the middle of a rebrand from Super 8 to Ramada and although the name has changed the quality of the property was not up to Ramada level. Clean, friendly staff, no restaurant on site but many close by, pool, good price.

Were given a room with no heat and a space heater. We were expected to use the space heater to keep warm even though the hotel was mostly empty.
We requested a room change which we eventually got

The bed sheet it has a stain , Tub not draining properly takes forever to drain .The faucet in the tub if your going to turn the hot side the water come out cold .The washroom faucet top are broken they made us to pay .The manager is not that friendly and accomodating.Not recommended this hotel.

This is the second time I have been forced by weather to stay in cranbrook in a trip. Both times I stayed here because of fair price and clean rooms

This was our first time staying at a Wyndham hotel and were so delighted to meet the friendly face at the desk, interested in what we needed, providing information we needed. The room and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, great cable on TV, quiet, great sleep and in the morning, great coffee in the room and a full on breakfast! We are planning to return when we come to Cranbrook again and so are going to sign up for the rewards program. Good job...Wyndham...you have staff that is representing you well in Cranbrook at the Super 8! Thank you so much...we needed that support to get a good night's sleep and we got it!

The parking lot has a lot of potholes and speed bumps. It’s pretty bad.

Good enough for a stop over on a long road trip. It was busy, the parking lot was crowded and the front staff was kind enough. My biggest complaint was the ice maker was the kind that you have to scoop the ice out of and the dirty scoop was just sitting inside on all the ice. Also the room was large but the bathroom was small and the shower head was horrible.

Early morning motor bikes out side my room with loud music playing and running loud. Vacuum noises early morning. Was looking for transportation service at 1am-2am person at hotel had no suggestions other than they drive. Had to walk across town and took 40 minutes to get to hotel. People in morning where very helpful and still allowed me to eat breakfast after time stated. Door was very annoying, beeped ever time entered and exited and when someone left the room while trying to sleep it was very noticeable.

We liked the property because of its location.
The location of the entrance to the property as well as the actual condition of the driveway to leave the main road needs improvement.
The breakfast was bare bones compared to other Super 8 properties we’ve stayed at.
The fan in our bathroom sounded like a Hercules aircraft taking off.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing - we arrived at 8:10 with breakfast being served until 9:00. There was barely any food items left and all coffee cannisters were empty. Orange juice was also severely watered down. Very limited seating with a lot of wasted space where bigger and extra tables could have gone. Overall a good stay.

It was a quiet property with clean, comfortable rooms. We wish we had time for the pool and especially the hot tub!
Breakfast was available but pancakes couln't be made that morning.
There is no elevator so guests with mobility issues would have to tackle a short flight of stairs or request a room on the first floor.

The facilities weren't bad, but breakfast was not great and staff weren't cheery.
I called later the same day as my check out about a forgotten item that we knew to have been left in the room (body pillow) and were told that no such item was found. Staff were surly about the call and made no attempt to look.

Liked friendly service but no one was at the front desk on arrival. There were big potholes entering property. Hot tub was luke warm. Orange juice was watered down to just a bad water flavor. Room was mostly clean and comfortable. It met all our needs.

No, it was clean and the workers were very helpful and the swimming pool was well kept The one thing I could have improved was the continental breakfast maybe have more things like maybe bacon or sausage or something like that they had hard-boiled egg but scrambled eggs would’ve been good
