Nice, glad I got 1st floor due to a knee onjury. Very clean.

The staff was very friendly and they were able to give us a first floor room, as requested. We let the water run for a long time, but it never did get hot. Also, the floors were dirty. Walking around barefoot our feet got very dirty and there was no hot water for a shower.

The room was very unsanitary and had a terrible smell. It's also located where there homeless people walk around and ask for money. Breakfast was terrible. My wife and I booked a 2 night stay but only stayed for one because we couldn't take the smell and how dirty are room was.

Had to do a last minute, late night check-in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were slightly old but we expected that for the price. Area seemed slightly sketchy but we didn't personally have any issues.

I arrived on the late side, and was warmly greeted, and expeditiously assigned a very fine room with a comfortable bed. The "breakfast" was minimal, but I always enjoy a Svenhard's Danish and hot coffee. I would recommend staying there whenever visiting Visalia, known for the College of the Sequoias and serving as the gateway to two national parks!

Room was clean but poorly maintained. There wasn't a note pad, pen or pencil, or even a clock in the room. Seemed like not much room for the money.

The room was clean, but there was nowhere to hang up my clothes, they offered breakfast, but breakfast consisted of a pastry or toast, coffee and orange juice, not really breakfast

The aircon is not working well and noisy, there's no shampo.

Our stay was fine. The room was clean, A/C worked well, and it was quiet even though we were near Hwy 198 and it's noise. The pool area looked nice but it was over 105 Deg. during our stay so we weren't able to enjoy it. Maybe next time. The furniture was dated and not in A1 condition but worked okay. We would stay there again though.

The property had homeless people walking around and a person asked me to use my phone in the parking lot. Felt unsafe. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable and the AC took two hours to cool it down. Hard to get good sleep. This place also has roaches which was very disgusting. I was exhausted when arrived so I stayed. Wish I hadn’t.

Theresa was very friendly and accommodating of my request for a ground floor room. Enjoyed the pool to ourselves soaking up some sun!

my lady and I stayed three nites at super 8 visalia ,easy check in , Irene (manager) was so helpfull in recomending some good restaruants and points of nite life in town. the room was clean , maid service was very good ,easy frwy access Overall this was a 9 out of 10 for us.

Room Phone didn't work. Nightstand Clock didn't work. Observed 2 each Cockroaches in the bathroom area. Bed(s) were noisy, "Creaky" & too firm. Furniture looks very worn out.

Asked for non smoking room but it definitely smelled like someone was smoking in there. Even with the window that didn’t close open it was pretty bad. Sheets and comforters smelled like caca…it was bad and for 108 bucks I could have stayed somewhere a lot nicer
