It was adequate, functional, quiet. Dated hotel but it was close to the customer with limited options. Beds were comfortable enough. No weird smells anywhere which is a plus.

Front desk attendant was seriously the sweetest and so helpful. Room was clean, mostly updated. There was a missing carpet transition strip from the bathroom to the room which had little nails sticking out. However it was enjoyable and pleasant.

The coffee tasted like a very low grade coffee was used. Breakfast was very lackluster. Very low on juice.

Conveniently located, lots pf parking, pet friendly. Would stay again.

Clean and easy access

When the people above us walked in their room it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. The a/c unit smelled so bad it made me sick. The exit door slammed shut everytime someone walked outside. We checked out after one night of our 2 night stay and the hotel would not refund our day we didnt stay even though we checked out before the checkout time. Guess we should have stayed and got me sicker. Will never, ever stay at a Super 8 or use Expedia again.

It's a super 8 but was cleaner than most and had great employees. Very nice person at the desk who gave spot on restaurant recommendations and also was more than willing to help explain other things in the community and area.

Very nice place to stay!

We found the room clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was off and a little temper-mental to keep it running to cool down. The front desk was present and very helpful. A real pleasurable stay.

The bathroom faucet needs attending. It was very hard to turn on. The shower drain did not drain well, you were standing in water after two minutes. The outlets all need replacing. They do not hold a plug. Very frustrating!

It was what I expected for the price and level of hotel. Breakfast was good

☹️: Rooms need some updates. Double beds are too small. Queen beds would be welcomed. Toilets are way too low to ground. No grab bars of any kind in toilet/shower area. Bottom of tub was VERY slippery. Again, nothing to hang onto. Mattress was very firm. Continental breakfast was bad. 🙂: Staff was exceptional! Courteous, attentive, and went overboard to help with anything. Towels and linens were clean and fresh. Parking was good. Outside of building was neat and orderly. Love having the refridge. 🤞: Suggestion. Hang tv up on wall to the right of mirror. Way easier to see from bed. Have chairs with no arm rests on sides. Us “overgrown” people are not comfortable with arms on side of chairs. Too tight.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area for dining. Room was affordable and clean and a great value for the price and amenities.

We were there to hunt so only stayed in the room to clean up or sleep. Our dogs and us were comfortable. The room was clean and neat. We'll be back.

Good clean friendly staff

The room looked like it was painted by a blind chimpanzee. A herd of dust bunnies in the bathroom. Towels and blankets as thick as paper.

We went to Phillips for a class reunion, so I am familiar with the area--I grew up in Price County. I have stayed in some of the nicest hotels in the world, so I want to put this in the proper context. Phillips is a small town, so I only expect a nice clean room, with a comfortable bed, pleasant and helpful staff and some good coffee in the morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are well-kept & clean. The price is reasonable, and the area is safe, secure and well lighted at night. Based on these circumstances I rated the hotel as "excellent", because I felt I was getting my money's worth from a helpful and friendly staff.

Property was very understaffed first room we were sent to had not been cleaned. Ice machine not working

Very nice staff and very clean. No elevator for 2nd floor but very quiet stay. I would go there again just because the staff was so nice.

Nice Northwoods hotel and friendly staff. Upon entry into the room my three year old son commented that the room smelled good!

Best motel stay in Phillips for all the important reasons—convenience to main road, cleanliness, comfortable beds, great tv, hair dryer, ice, coke machine, breakfast and simple, fast checkin/out by friendly desk clerks. Highly recommend.
