Room bed linens are not clean

Nothing was unique about this property. The location was suspect and i did not stsy there. I paid for a 1 night cancelation fee even though I chose not to stay for the 2 night reservation. Online pictures does not represent property and surrounding area accurately. I am waiting on my refund for the 2nd night of my reservation. I paid to stay at another hotel for my visit.

Nothing like they advertised, this hotel needs to be remodeled from the fire alarm hanging out from the wall to the poorly kept pool/hotub. There is no cameras outside whatsoever 7 trucks got there windows smashed. Not a safe environment at all. highly recommend other options

I like the price. I didn't like things not working like light switches, ice machine on the third floor. Oh and breakfast was not good.

The room itself was nice. The hot tub looked as if it had never been cleaned before we arrived. During our 3 day stay. It was never cleaned. The pool water was pretty murky.

am writing to formally request the cancellation of my reservation and a full refund for my stay at your hotel, comfort suite , due to the unacceptable condition of the room I was assigned. Upon checking into my room, I discovered several issues that made my stay impossible: 1. The room was dirty, with stained sheets that appeared to have blood and other bodily fluids on them. 2. There was a pervasive smell of mold throughout the room. 3. The cable television service was not functioning. These conditions are completely unacceptable and do not meet the standards of cleanliness and comfort that I expect from a hotel. As a result, I request that my reservation be canceled immediately and that I receive a full refund for my stay. Additionally, I request written confirmation of this cancellation and refund. Our stay was pleasant. The staff was helpful and friendly. We love it for the location's closeness to Pinballz. There's lots of places to eat nearby as well, and we'll be likely to stay here again our next visit to Austin.

Toilet had issues. Not enough toiletries. Sketchy people in lobby and outside at times.

Excellent service from all staff members

I was in Austin for 5 days. My room was clean and nice. The problem is that I didn’t receive any room service until the fourth day. I asked many times, but they told me that my room was not on the list. The room key was not working; you have to try it again and again, and that’s not cool, especially in an area you don’t know. The pool was not clean either. I don’t think I’ll be going back there.

I was concerned about door that leads to the stairs by the pool not being secured.

Run down and carpet was gross

Would most definitely stay here again.

The pictures on the site do not do any justice. The rooms look nothing like the photos, the room was way worse. This hotel is dirty and smells, bfast was ok , hot tub didnt work as well, iron had something on it that ruined my work clothes, no padding oan the ironing board. Call and make aure everything works before.

It was a very relaxing stay.

Rooms not as expected pool really dirty, and the rooms I pay for did not look at all like the pictures. I arrived at 5pm rooms still not ready.

the place was clean, did not smell bad, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean. The road construction sucks and almost had to do a complete turn around until I found you need to turn into any drive way then drive through multiple business parking lots to get back to the location I would absolutely return to stay except my issue is with policies and extra charges after paying in full with a third party.

My room was not serviced for 5 consecutive days of my stay. So I needed to get form front desk more shampoo, towels and Kleenex. Also had NO internet for 5 of the days in my stay. Breakfast was very good with several choices. Room was very quiet despite being a few feet away from the expressway - barely heard road noise. Parking was easy and plenty of spots.

Nothing quite as expected for the price! Looked old and the elevator made terrible noises.

The location is convenient but there is too much noise of the traffic. The carpet is old and dirty. The hotel is not clean at all. As soon as we enter there is a very strong smell of cleaning products. Not satisfied at all with the cleanliness of the hotel.

I was in town for weekend business trip. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable and having a couch inside made it feel like a Suite. The complimentary breakfast was very good sausage link were delicious and Texas waffles always a favorite. Parking lot was well lit plenty of lighting and felt very safe . Everyone was very nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Austin, TX.

As we walked down the stairs one morning, there was a man (could have been homeless) that was asleep in the stairs. That was dangerous and scary with my family there. Lots of construction around so hard to get in the parking lot.

I didn’t like we had a few towels that were either dirty or stained but overall the stay was good

I prepaid this stay and am so sorry I did. Otherwise, I would have cancelled immediately. The halls floors are stained. The room floors are stained as well. The bathroom door was water damaged and screwed together with rusted nails. The worst part was the bathtub and shower. Leaking faucet, zero water pressure, and the floor of the tub was gray/black from what I can only describe as old skin cells? After being there for one night I was told that this property is where homeless were house during the pandemic! That would have been good to know prior to making my reservation. As a result, I will not trust Expedia with future trips. I can hardly believe that this property was given a good rating on your site! Very unhappy.

This stay was a major disappointment. I had checked reviews ahead of time and was fairly confident that this would be a nice place to relax in the evenings while visiting Austin. Upon arrival, the exterior was lacking (inoperative front door, broken wobbly bench out front, cigarette butts, litter and weeds growing in front. The room was a similar experience. The carpet was extremely dirty and had areas with what looked like blood stains in multiple locations in the room, the fixtures and furniture were worn and needing updating, smelled like smoke even though they claimed it was a nonsmoking room, the elevators were very slow and not smooth in operation, and one night I only had enough hot water for a luke warm shower. I am not even sure how that happens in a hotel. The cleaning staff was friendly but there was a major communication barrier between cleaning staff and front desk help which I witnessed upon arrival. Front desk help was not impressive at any shift that I observed during my stay. When I went to inquire about checking out a day early the front desk help was very rude and unhelpful, not to mention the fact that she had a hard time prying herself away from whatever she was watching on her phone when I approached and acted like I was bothering her. Unimpressed in every way. Not worth the $270 “deal” I paid for a two night stay.
