Waited 75 minutes for airport shuttle No elevator to upper floors

Free airport shuttle. Offered shuttle to cruises. Restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable. I have zero complaints!

Location is great. 10 min drive from airport. Restaurant/Bar on site. Greeted by great staff. Check in was easy & quick. Hotel is 2 stories however no elevator. Lobby is very updated and bright. Pool area very large and clean. Room seemed to be outdated and small. No refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was newer but still appeared worn. Shower pressure was amazing. Just past lobby there is a coffee station and microwaves. Overall it was great for a one night stay before cruise. The price was also very worth it. There is an onsite company that charges $12 per person to go to the cruise terminal. The hotel itself does offer airport transportation.

The walls are paper thin and so are the floors above.

Large room close to the airport, even near McDonalds. With all the room amenities, including great shower room, 2 sinks, and more. Highly recommended. very large and comfy beds. Only negative is noise from the street and the airport.

The service at the hotel was great. We needed a shuttle to the ship port and it was easy. The room was clean and spacious. It wasn't fancy but it had everything we needed. We stayed here twice during out trip.

The hotel is nice and the service good, except the shuttle from the airport. When you try to call the front desk to request a shuttle you get put on endless hold and then when you finally reach someone you find out the shuttle only runs on the hour. We ended up taking an Uber rather than waiting 45 minutes.

Always stay at this hotel. Took 3 hours to pick me up at airport & double charged me but will get credit & luv the pool & amazing pub food & will stay again.

Good clean hotel. great value for your money. Rooms for 4 people was huge. Had fridge, safe, kettle, iron etc. Connected to Old Tom's restaurant and bar so very convenient. Free airport shuttle. Breakfast was included however we had to leave early so cant speak on that.

I stay here at least twice a year for the last 4-5 years and this was the worse stay. Gabriel, front desk was the only good thing about the stay. She was the only front desk worker with very long lines and phones ringing off the hook. The room is in desperate need of an upgrade. Carpet was “crusty” and very sticky and room smelled very moldy. Since we waited 90 min for shuttle, then almost an hour to check in, there was no way we were going back in line to ask for another room, so we crashed and woke up at 6am to get the heck out. I really hope management has plans for changes as they are desperately needed.

If your room is ready early the will gladly let you check in. For $20.00. I sat in the lobby instead of my room. I guess me running the AC for 2 hours must concern them. Check out is 11AM. I checked out at 6AM. But they never offered me $20? But that doesn't matter. It is the ROACH MOTEL. I saw one roach my first and second nught. No big deal it is Florida. Night 3 I had 4 in my bathroom. I finally took pictures. nasty.

I arrived to the airport and called the hotel to confirm the shuttle would be arriving after about 30minutes i saw the shuttle in the driving lane. As i tried manuvering around the crowd of people to get to it, it kept moving and pulled off! Without me getting on! ...when the hotel knew exactly what door i was at. When i called the hotel back they informed me that the shuttle only ran ONCE every hour and the driver refused to turn around. I was left to either stand there for another hour and ten minutes or call an Uber... which takes more time but also defeated the purpose of me choosing this hotel. It took me almost 2h to get to the hotel, arriving after midnight. The same fan be asid during the day, because the shuttle only runs once every hour i pray you get downstairs when they want AND that there arent too many people needing a ride that day.

This has got to be the single most noisy road to put a hotel on in the world. Our room was right there on the wall in the picture of the place facing the street. ZERO sleep due to all the road noise. Would not recommend if you're looking for a restful stay.

Served its purpose of spending overnight stay waiting for our flight to Aruba the next day

There were roaches in our room (#235). The hotel only refunded $17.85 even though we paid over $89 for the room. Had to have our luggage and contents heat treated which cost us hundreds! They also have the pool blocked off even though they don’t advertise that it’s closed.

The rooms were fine and reasonably priced. My only issue was waiting about 1 hr for the shuttle. I called the hotel three times to get put on hold and eventually disconnected. All I wanted to know is if I was supposed to call or just stand there and wait. On my fourth try a kind gentleman answered and told me the shuttle would be on its way soon. That’s all I needed. it would be nice if on their hold message they had some of that information as I stood there forever on hold.

Not really impressed with everything

It was pretty good, we checked in late so they gave us complementary late checkout. Breakfast buffet was good and worth the 12$ per person because there was a variety of food. Only complaint is I’m not sure if there was an elevator because I couldn’t find it and had to carry my bags up stairs to the second floor.

Always a good stay here when I have to stay overnight in Miami. Convenient and a good value. Quick check in and out.

I needed to do an upgraded that was supposed to be $22 for the 3 nights with Hotels.com, they denied Hotels.com to do the upgrade but instead the offer the upgrade themselves at $20 per night!That’s being greedy if you ask me! I doubt we’ll stay there again!!

Reserved double beds fot 4 people and got 1 king bed.

Good relation quality /price, close to Mia, free Airport shuttle service.

Stay often and rooms are just getting more and more tired. Hotel pool was being redone, so hopefully rooms are next as they are very very worn and musty/moldy smelling.

Great stay

Great location, near airport and restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and have all needed except ironing boards. Daily cleaning and clean towels. Breakfast is terrible, food looks un-cooked, $12 for the type of breakfast you get for free at other hotels. It is best to eat at the bar-restaurant in the hotel which has excellent food. Swimming pool is advertised but has not worked since May. Parking is good. Will probably use again.

Overnight stay for transit to final destination, so the close location as well as quality and low cost from Miami International airport were key reasons for staying here. Room was small with basic amenities. Two restaurants and a McDonalds within one hundred yards of hotel. Airport shuttle operates only on the hour, so your wait at the airport for pickup could be long depending on your flight arrival time, Hotel offers breakfast buffet for $12 for adults and $6 for children starting at 6am.

This was the fanciest Ramada Inn that I've ever stayed in

The room has cleanliness and maintenance issues. Cleanliness: bed frame, night tables, windows ledges,door frame dusty. Bathroom wall grouting has mold. Maintenance: room wall edge damage, window can't close property, window latch broken and the floor behind door damage

Had to wait an hour for airport shuttle as it runs hourly. Pool was closed and no previous notice so amenities were zero. Room had view of service area with lights all night. Hair on toilet, and dirty wet towel in bathroom. Hotel has no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs if on second floor. Little in walking distance. This is a 2 star hotel at best. On site sports bar is great though.
