The stay was ok, the hotel smelled like wet dog.

The first room checked in was not cleaned; the second room was unlocked with latch jamming, hairs on the beds, toilet clogged. We only wanted a clean room to sleep for one night., disappointed ☹️

Our stay was fine. The bed was very comfortable, but the hallways and room were just not very clean or guest ready. When asking the attendant a question, they gave blunt yes or no answers and were not very accommodating. The walls were incredibly thin, I could hear people in other rooms all throughout the night.

Our room was on the second floor. The elevator was malfunctioning (the door would close 1/4 of the way and then open over and over again. We had to walk to the end of the corridor with our luggage to find the stairs. The AC smelled terribly of mold. The bedding had black marks all over. 2 of the rooms lamps did not have light bulbs.
The tile floor in the bathroom was cracked and loose. The bathtub drain was clogged and wouldn't drain - would have had to stand in previous persons water, so we opted to not shower at all.*yuck*.
Breakfast foods offered were old hard boiled eggs, dried scrambled egg crumbs, under-cooked sausage patties swimming in some sort of broth and TINY coffee cups.

It could be a very nice property but building maintenance is lacking along with thoroughly cleaning the rooms and providing clean towels. One of the dry towels looked like it was used to fix an oily motor part then thrown in the wash. No!!!!...it did not wash out well at all. Truly surprised at this location apparently they need good workers.

We have stayed at Comfort hotels almost every time we travel. We were very disappointed in our last stay. Night one... requested extra pillows. Was told there weren't any... what? No pillows??? Suddenly some were available when I said I'd come down to the desk to get them. At 7 a.m. the cleaning staff were noisily wheeling their carts down the hallway waking up guests. The "eggs" served at breakfast were always cold. I was told to use the microwave. As we sat eating our breakfast front desk staff sat in the guest dining area with his phone on speaker talking to whoever. We were extremely disappointed in the staff and service.

It’s true that ya get what you pay for which is the case here. It was a run down place in need of a complete renovation. One pot of coffee for guests so get up early if you want some.

Convenient location for Cuyahoga NP. Bathroom needs maintenance. Breakfast disappointing. Their hot oatmeal was cold and when I notified the front desk clerk, who checked it out, did nothing. Breakfast sausage looked gray and undercooked. The safest items were the cold cereal and waffles.

The hotel was in need of major updates. Crusty carpets in the room, uncomfortable beds, broken ice machines on every level, and stained linens were a few of issues we encountered. We arrived right after check-in but had to stand at the front desk waiting to be helped even though we could hear the manager right behind a wall. Overall not worth the visit

This is a nice property. Our room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable.
The handicap parking was strangely on the side of the building away from the door.
Breakfast was typical fare but some items were lukewarm. It needed more attention.

The stay was good. Check in was easy. But the blankets had a stain the pillows were horrible to sleep with and the mattress was so worn down you rolled to the middle of the bed. Need better house keeping we found crumbs on the desk and the couch. Dirty bathroom

This was a Wyndham that we've stayed at for years, but we decided to try the Comfort Inn that bought it. What a disappointment: wallpaper coming off the wall in common areas, caulking in the shower was excessive trying to hide the mold stains, instead of wall to wall carpet in the room they used cheap carpet tiles. Breakfast was disappointing as the selection was limited and the sausage patties were cold.

The beds are super comfy. In this particular room, the knob on the bathtub faucet was missing the pin so it kept coming off whenever we needed to shower. The hotel is in a safe area. However, there were people coming and going all hours of the night. We had our dog with us and she kept barking when she heard people coming and going, knocking on doors from midnight thru 3 a.m. There was a WWE event in Cleveland so most of the hotels in the area were sold out. They also tried to charge us $50/night for our dog to stay too even though it clearly states in the Expedia Policies that it would be $50 per STAY. Still waiting for the correction on my bill. We won't be staying here again anytime soon. :(

The damned toilet in the bathroom sounded like a canon going off when you flushed it. Loudest toilet we’ve ever heard!!!!

The room was not well kept strips of carpet coming undone it was filthy. When I walked on the floor barefoot my feet became black from the carpet and floor with dirt and hair. There was mold in the bathroom and black mold in the ice maker. The elevator did not work and they laugh about it. They ran out of clean towels and I fianaly asked them to get some out of an empty room. I had asked for extra towels in my reservation and they didn’t provide them then they made me go down to the desk ( while they sat and chatted) to get the towels there were only three towels to start with and the reservation was for 4 people

Check in was simple lobby looks great just wish they took that much pride in their rooms. Pool had stuff floating in it and made you not want to get in it guess that’s why it was empty. Room had a peculiar smell the couch looked as if it had never been cleaned. Bed was soft but dipped in the middle. No bugs I was shocked.

I travel a LOT and often stay at these types of properties. This Comfort Inn exceeded expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were VERY comfortable. The common areas and the rooms were both very clean. The hot water was really HOT and the water pressure good. I didn’t have a chance to check out the breakfast but it looked like they had a bunch of options.
