The first room they put us in was dirty. The bathroom wasnever cleaned. There was no toilet paper whatsoever that you could find in that bathroom next room they put us in that it was at least clean that’s about it.

The stay was wonderful they are very nice there they helped me out to check in when I arrived at 3:30AM. My reservation was cancelled because of the time it was in the morning the reservation canceled but Rachel that was working Wednesday night into Thursday morning was so nice she got us into a room and put us in a pool side room got us checked in very fast also! Everyone there was very nice and helpful! I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend this place to definitely stay at! The price is great as well!

Old and dated. It smelled funny. There was urine on the tile in the hallway.

The price is good. The room was clean. The Bar was nice and the bar tender was great. The A/C was not working in the bar. I liked the breakfast.

This place was better than we expected. After reading reviews I almost changed to a different hotel, but we didnt and everything was fine. The front desk person was very welcoming. The room was clean and didnt smell at all. The bed was really comfortable. The bar/lounge was a nice place to sit and have a drink. There were pool tables and games but we didnt actually play. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. Belgian waffle maker, assorted pastries, cereal and scrambled eggs and potatoes served buffet style. Our only complaint was not the fault of the hotel at all. The room next to ours on the second night was occupied by what sounded like several small children. Waking up before 6 am wasnt my plan but the noise from the neighbors made it impossible to sleep. I would definitely stay here again. It was a good value.

The property overall was pretty cool. There was a loud party going on around the swimming pool which is supposed to be quiet after 10pm. At around midnight I asked the staff if they would ask the party to quiet down. I was again woken up by the same loud individuals at 3 am. I found it hard to believe staff themselves couldnt hear the noise or atleast check the pool area to ensure everyone wasnt woken up.

We had a pet friendly room, they need to spend the pet fees they charge and deep steam clean the carpets and tile. The entire room smelled like piss.

no clean linens towels,wash cloths. Until we finally asked why they haven't cleaned our room ,told us we had to ask for service cleaning and clean linen , towels and rags.TV was acting up, carpet was very damp and dirty .for the most part of the staff they were very nice lady running the bar was a joy to talk to

We paid for a pet friendly room and we couldn't breathe from the moment we stepped inside. It smelled so bad like pet urine, the phone was missing pieces, the refrigerator handle was broken, the carpet was stained. It was HORRIBLE! The only thing that went right is they didn't question us when we asked for our money back to go stay somewhere else.

The odor and uncleanliness is the primary reason i would never stay here again. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and the only reason i am reviewing this at all.

Hotel was older but you could tell they kept it clean and did some updates. Free Breakfast was not so good, could work on that. Great pricing!

The staff all were friendly. We had brought our two dogs and when entering the room it smelled of carpet shampoo but it wasnt a bad smell you could see of a few stains. I wouldnt go without shoes or socks on the carpet because you just dont know but thats qith any hotel. Sliding door led out to the pet area which was very clean. Walls needed scrubbed down and the curtain could be changed out but for the most part it was fine. The pool wasnt too big but fine for the few guests using it. Beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. Shower was good. Price was reasonable. Make sure though if you book a room with Expedia or the like that you call the hotel and let them know you have animals because there is an extra charge mainly for incidentals. Plus your room then is determined so that you have quick access for them. Breakfast was ok. They had waffles, cereal, muffins, eggs, fried potatoes (the day we went). Sister in law said they had biscuits and gravy the day before. Overall, the staff was very friendly and thats pretty important.

The room appeared clean. It was ok but the room reeked of dog and urine. We reported it to the staff but was told they knew it and had tried to clean all of the rooms before they booked them. They were not concerned. I won't stay there again.

The inn was well kept and staff were friendly. I was disappointed that there were no elevators. The lady explained that it was an old building. I was disappointed that they couldn’t offer us a first floor room. I had to drag my huge suitcase and my son had to drag his two suitcases up a flight of stairs. For 135 dollars for the night, you would think they would arrange for first floor room. The rooms were clean though so I appreciated that. Thank you!

Floors were dusty, we found one cockroach, and another bug. So disgusting

Traveling with my dog. I booked a king room facing the pool so it would be quiet but when I got there, they made me move to another room on the side of the hotel facing the frontage road and a gas station. There was pee in the toilet and someone kept pulling on my door. Security bar on the patio door was broken and exit door wouldn’t latch. So loud I couldn’t sleep. Cheap mattresses and dirty. Run down.

This property is dirty, outdated and nothing like the pictures you use to promote it. Not coming back to this place at all.

I thought from the outside of the building that it was going to be bad after we got there but it was a surprise that it was nice. A nice breakfast room, room and service.

The employee at check in was not very friendly. The room had a strange smell to it. This is our go-to when we are in canon city, however this was the least pleasant stay due to the front desk staff at check in, the funky smell of the room and the strange half dressed man just sitting in his room by the breakfast room watching everybody eat.. Check out staff was very friendly.

Front Desk associates were very rude and don’t even care about customers feelings and situations. I’m very dis satisfied with employees working at property.

Girls at front desk were nice. Toilet under rim was black dirty. We reserved 2 nights we had 1 towel 1 wash cloth 1 hand towel. Bed was so uncomfortable we asked for 3 pillows but they said we were only allowed 2. The outside sliding door is filthy inside and out. The curtain is rotting you can see where it’s splitting apart. The odor coming into hotel is like old stale cigarettes! Most horrible hotel ever stayed in. This review better be submitted to someone that can see things are changed for the better!
