The location was good but the house is old

The house needs a lot of work. It has not been updated in a long time. One of the bedrooms was not usable because the A/C didn't work. There was a lot of standing water in the yard which contributed to mosquito infestation. We reported to the owner who said he is aware of it, but it will go away. It didn't. It is a health hazard. The furniture is not comfortable, the dining area with 4 high chairs is not comfortable at all. The bike are old and not working. We didn't enjoy our stay and would not recommend this house
