Great place! We were pleasantly surprised since we’d not been to the area before. Super cute pool right next to the beach and all of the restaurants. We could hear late night partying going.

Great place

The hotel was really nice. Rooms was large and clean. The courtyard with the pool in the middle was a small haven in the town. It was a really close walk to the beach and any other amenities. The only downside is the noise around the hotel: a beach club with loud music all day and a bar accross the road with loud music. The room was airconditionned so it was fine with doors closed though.

Very cute hotel definitely recommend for travelers that prefer simpler accommodations rather than larger resorts. Very convenient location to beach access, restaurants, and entertainment. Would definitely stay again.

With such an average high rating on Expedia, we were surprised to see how exactly rundown this property is. Our room, located on the ground floor, (even though we requested an even though we requested an upper level floor) was musty and aggravated my allergies overnight. Additionally, the matttresses were super hard. Interestingly, our room (number 107) was only accessible through a sliding door. This meant that you could not leave someone inside, if the other person wanted to go out, without either leaving the door unlocked so the person inside could exit in case of an emergency or locking the person in. There is a key entry from the outside and a bolt only from the inside. We had very little interaction with the staff. We arrived late in the evening about 10:30 PM and the check-in person was fine. Not super pleasant or welcoming, but just fine. The redeeming qualities of this property was that it is inexpensive, parking for us with late arrival was very easy, just one block off. We found our stay to be quiet, which is what we wanted.

I loved the way this hotel looks is so quiet and relaxing and everything you need is around the corner! From beach,stores, even a Starbucks!

Staff was great ! Property was run down it was located across from l an after hours karaoke bar that was open until 3 am and it was concert loud until 2:30 am every night that I was there . my room was located in closest proximity to this club directly across the street I paid way to much for this stay at that hotel

The bathroom was with mold and very dirty. The location was difficult to locate. They have taxes that you need to pay once arriving in the hotel. Around the hotel there are various bars that have music that is very loud that didn’t allow us to sleep very well that last until 3am which is a long time with high volume of sound.

Very cost effective, but not built for covenience. Great location, good people serving, very easy to locate and nearby everything, including Mamitas Beach Club. Would I go back? Yes if the price its right. What could improve? The bed, its not good, its like getting two beds together so the division makes you slide to the sides, not my deal. Overall, its a good place if the price its right.

Best of all, it was clean. Beds were pretty comfortable. A very loud location, so bring your white noise app. Breakfast that you have to pay for was not good or as advertised.

Great hotel. Loved the location

Staff at check in were friendly but that was the only positive thing about the stay here. There was no shampoo in shower, and worse, no soap to wash hands after using toilet! Also crazy noisy! Loud music until 3 AM. Would never, ever stay here again.

Close to 5th Avenue and the beach

Great hotel, confortabke beds and a nice pool and sitting area. Only complaint is the noise but that cant be avoided in playa centro

I think it’s time that they change the towels and sheets. Very cute place but needs attention and proper maintenance.

We had a great stay. Staff are all helpful, accomodating and friendly. Clean room, sheets and bathroom, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. We will come back for sure!!

Great location, beautiful property. Only problem is if you want to sleep you need to find another place. Lots of noise until 3 in the morning. Breakfast was good and service was nice.

1.i had 4 days with out soap, had to take a shower with a conditioner 2.the toilet keep jamming, instead of fixing it, they gave me pump to go do it myself 3.the shower stream is poor. 4.rooms are very noisy from the street. Overall looks like the owner doesd not care about this place
