The beds were too hard and very uncomfortable. The lifts did not always work properly but reception staff didnt assist customers at any point. The security guard was helpful as were the bar staff

Great location to Wembley Stadium and perfect for our stay, however, the bathroom smelled of urine the entire time. It was clean in the main room nonetheless, but that smell! Walk to stadium is 5 minutes and for that we would return to this hotel.

Ideal for concerts and for central London. No car parking facilities though.

Staff are nice but room is quite small

We were offered room no. 1110 on 26th Aug for one night We arrived late at around 10.50pm. We found room was smelling badly when entered, room cooler was not effective at all, windows were not possible to open. There was only one small towel kept in the room for two people. No telephone in the room to contact reception. We were so tired that we did not bother to go down all the way to reception to ask for these things. Overall not a great experience in the room. Reception staff and breakfast next day was good.

Perfect location if youre going to an event at Wembley

Room basic but clean and couldn’t ask for more for the price. Walkable from Wembley and its surrounding shops. However the staff are the star of the show - the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everyone from check in staff to security to bar staff and maids were so friendly, all having a laugh and a joke and checking we enjoyed the event we were at Wembley for.

Overpriced for substandard hotel. You are paying for the convenience of the location and they know. They don’t care and I would not go back to this hotel. I’d pay to book a car back to London and stay at a decent hotel. Not worth the trouble.

My young daughter and I had an amazing stay here. We wanted a spot where we could walk home from a show and it was the easiest commute ever after the concert was over. The staff were all SO nice and went the extra mile to ensure my daughter felt happy to be there. Upon arrival they traded friendship bracelets with her, gave us a discount on breakfast, and let us check into our room as soon as it was ready at 11 rather than 3. Even tho they were sold out they didn’t seem stressed or under staffed at all. This was game changing so we could nap and settle in before the concert. Breakfast was fine - had everything we needed. Highly recommend if you want to stay super close to Wembley with an awesome staff and clean room!

Really good location for Wembley Stadium. Got back very quickly after the Eras tour avoiding the massive crowd as hotel is the opposite direction from the tube. Staff greeted us at the door with high fives ready to ask about the show. The hotel had merch for sale and was decorated with the theme of the tour. They had bracelet swapping events in the afternoons. Staff were friendly and check in was quick. You do need photo ID which wasn't advised when I booked. Weirdly we were given a discount voucher for breakfast which we'd already booked and paid for. May be cheaper

While I understand I needed a room near Wembley for an event, I was charged 5x the usual room rate for the night. The “double” beds are not so—basically two tiny beds pushed together. No hand or wash towels. The mattresses were not like real matttesses but just camping pads. This hotel takes advantage if it’s great location for Wembley events and grossly overcharges guests for poor facilities. The STAFF was a shining star.

Stains on carpet that were sticky, stains on the curtains, stains on the bed sheets. Definitely not even worth half of the inflated price tag, simply because of the Taylor Swift gig.
