Pictures are super deceptive. Room had cockroaches and nothing looked like the pictures or descriptions.

The kids up stairs were running around and the paper thin ceiling allowed all the noise to come thought which made it hard to sleep. The room itself was great! However the nose ruined it.

The towels are terrible, tiny and thread bare. The toilet was awful. I could never tell if it would flush or not. The place was so run down and old. It didn't really appear to be a place the owners took much pride in. No elevator. The floors were uneven and looked like they were installed in a diy project. There weren't places to sit in the room other than a chair that looked like it came from a cafeteria. The soap was awful too. On a good note, the mattresses were ok and overall they clean the rooms. The people were friendly, but they were late to open the office in the a.m., which meant we had to wait for coffee. I definitely do not recommend this place and i won't stay here again.

This place was a dump! The pictures and reviews did not reflect the condition of this property. The office where you check in smelled musty and almost toxic. I felt bad for the guys working in there. The parking situation is not ideal- they allow cars to parallel park along the entrance and exit lanes leading to and from the back parking area making it nearly impossible to pass through at times. The walls were scuffed up and dirty. A cheap remodel was done to make the hotel seem updated and clean, but it is like they put lipstick on a pig. The AC was loud and clunky. Outlets were loose and did not fit most of our cube chargers. We had a dead cricket on the floor in our bathroom… and who knows what other bugs that we couldn’t see (it was that kind of place). The towels were thin and rough like rags you’d dry your car with. Other guests were inconsiderate and talked loudly in the inner courtyard at 11pm, waking us up, followed by someone above us walking loudly (sounded like stomping!) and dropping things on the floor until 2am. The building has no insulation whatsoever- you hear everything from outside and from the rooms above you. The whole place felt musty, dirty, and overall icky. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who is not used to staying anywhere that rents rooms by the hour. It was that bad! The only positives were the location, the nice people working in the office, and the fact that they let us keep our car parked in the parking lot on the day we checked out.

It was an okay stay. I guess the room that we ended up getting was in worst shape compared to the others that were observed. Could definitely use major TLC. Beds were comfy but did not feel super safe to the lock on the exterior looking like someone has tried to break in.

Basic but very handy for Disneyland

If you are on a budget and want to stay near to Disney then this place might be for you. It’s not the ritz but you get what you pay for. The biggest positive is location, it was perfect for us being an under 20 minute stroll from door to door. It is also very close to the Garden walk which is a slightly longer, nicer walk. It is also close to Walgreens and The cheesecake factory which we enjoyed so much we visited twice in three days. The apartment was a little tired but spacious with a separate bedroom for your kid or travelling companion. It had a decent fridge, microwave but oddly no coffee maker. There was pretty thick dust under the bed but it did look awkward to clean. A couple of plug sockets were a bit loose and we couldn’t get our bedside light to work but those are minor issues. One concern for me was there isn’t a safe, luckily I had a travel one but this could be an issue for you. The main pool was clean and looked inviting, unfortunately it was a tad cold for my liking. The hot tub was a little grubby but hot and comfortable. Parking spaces are on the tight side but free so I shouldn’t really complain, I was allowed to keep my car there all day after I checked out which was great. As it’s just a place to sleep after a long day at the park I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

It's old and run down. The floor was really dirty when we walked in. The paint in the corners and drywall patches are messy. The water pressure was bad and made hair washing challenging. I took a cup in to catch more water to try to get a better rinse. The mattresses are pretty beat down and they slide all iver the platform, but if you're exhausted enough, it may not matter.
