Very clean and spacious

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the service. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was also great!

It was easy to get to the heart of Charleston and the dining options werent to far whenever we decided to eat around the hotel and not in the city

We were expecting slightly better area and slightly better hotel. The name has inn ans suite in it. But it is not, It is more like a motel. The area is dull. Not much around the area. The staff are not very welcoming.

I Always stay there often when I come to Charleston. Big beds clean comfortable and Bruce and his coworkers are the best.

Everything was wonderful. The night check in person was wonderful and so was the morning desk person. The only problem that I had was with the housekeeper that kept knocking on my door at ( until I got up)9 am to ask me when I was checking out. Remember that check out time is noon. So why come 3 hours before wake me up to ask when I am leaving?

Our stay was really nice. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. It is only a rew minutes away from touring areas. My only complaint is breakfast should not be $25, its not worth that much at all. But there are some wonderful diners kear by. Toast diner is right beside it, food is great. Metro diner is a few minutes away and food is also great there.

All was good except for the fact that the front door was locked. Despite the sign that read, "This door must remain unlocked when occupued."

I’ve been visiting Town and Country Inn on a yearly basis for 4-5 years. My husband is from this area and our hotel choice is always this hotel. The only issue I have is, it not being a pet friendly, but it’s ok because the cleanliness of the hotel is always exceptional,(I have OCD when it comes to cleanliness). You feel safe on the property with the amount of security features with in and surrounding area. I like to jog around the facility so security is important to us. The swimming pool area is nice. You can’t enjoy vacation without a dip in the pool❤️ We’ve only eaten breakfast at the hotel on site and they have a great selection for breakfast.

It is quiet and clean. Nice room

My room was very clean and nice. But needs maintenance which I will report. AC leaks. Non working bathroom fan. No one mentioned a breakfast. Seems as though they have a restaurant with buffet but no papers or sharing of information at checkin or in room. when asked, Not free or discounted for guests.

The staff were very friendly. The facilities were very clean and presentable. The gym was sufficient for a nice basic workout.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is helpful, professional, and kind. The room are very clean and well maintained. I have stayed twice and enjoyed it both times.

This is one of the most comfortable hotels in the greater Charleston area. The rooms are large and clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The comfort of this establishment is well worth the 10 minute drive to the historic district where the hotels are two and three times the cost. Trotters, their restaurant is lovely with good old fashioned lowcountry cooking. Anything that has chicken in the title will blow you away.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a hotel that has house cleaning come every day, so I definitely appreciated that. Most hotels opt for a “let us know if you need the room cleaned every day, otherwise we will only clean once every few days”. Clean towels, spotless room, and a made bed every night we came back from our daily activities. Housekeeping employees were also very kind. The layout of the hotel is different, where the lobby section of the hotel is in the front, and you can drive towards the back to get to your room/part of the hotel where your room is. The whole hotel is all connected, but being able to drive to the entrance closest to your room was very convenient as we road tripped in our car. The location is west of the main city of Charleston, and northwest of the beach. It is a little difficult to turn left out of the property to get to all those attractions, but once you’re on hwy 17 it is a straight shot to the city and one right turn to the beach.

No Breakfast

It was my second stay at the hotel. I liked it so much. The first time I came back.

The pillow sham on one of the beds had a very nasty spot and turned over so you couldn’t see it. The breakfast was very good!

Didn't like the restaurant, food was cold, early dinner 5pm. shocked at taste and quality. Cold and very underwhelming. Will stay but never dine again.

It's nice.

The lady in the front desk is very knowledgeable about the area. We are able to check early and check out at noon. The place is well keep and clean, and clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and well maintained. The 12 PM check out time was also appreciated.

Our stay were great

Everything was great. An accessible room was not an option when we booked, but when we approached the front desk, the clerk noticed my husband struggling with his walker and offered one to us. I really appreciated her kindness.

Very nice hotel just 15mns drive from downtown Charleston. Rooms are spacious and clean. Parking is free and safe. Staff at check in and check out was very friendly. Highly recommend !

Very classy hotel with very comfortable rooms and nice atmosphere. And the restaurant is excellent also. We’d stay here again.

A good place to stay if you like to explore Charleston’s life dining experience.Close to Folly beach,Sullivans island and downtown Charleston.Convenient location with restaurants around,a little shopping plaza,Costco to fill up the tank if you are on the road trip!Friendly staff and ready to help with any questions.Definitely we’ll stay again if ever come back .
