Front desk was very rude during check in so much that I probably will not stay here again

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are comfortable. The beds were excellent and I’ll be looking forward to my next day soon.

When booking i selected a 2 king bed room. Upon arrival, the desk was not manned. The desk person was sitting outside the front door smoking. When she finally arrived she of course smelled of cigarettes. Check in was ok. we arrived in our room which was 2 queen beds. Wifi was not gone thru so we called back down to the front desk 5 times before the phone was answered. The front desk person said the instructions and code was in our key envelope, it was not. When leaving for supper i mentioned to the same front desk person that i had reserved a 2 king bed room, and her reply was we don't have any available, ill let the manager know. Well we were never contacted and left the next morning. The rest of the stay was alright, and breakfast the next morning was good. The attendant for breakfast was good and kept everything stocked and fresh and clean.

This hotel checked all of the boxes for us! All staff were incredibly hospitable and pleasant. Bed was the best one on our week long vacation. Just great, stay here.

This hotel is absolutely filthy! The carpets are so dirty and the bathrooms looked like they have never had the floor scrubbed. This property needs lots of maintenance from just simply painting to updating. For $210 a night I definitely recommend going somewhere else!

Check in was very quick and easy. I requested a roll away bed for my son, and it was delivered within 15 minutes. The woman who ran breakfast was sweet, attentive and very accomodating. The reason I did not rate 5 stars is the pool. It was filthy. You could see the scum at the water line and you can tell it has been there for a very long time. People even etched their initals and messages in it. Also, the 4 days we were there the same very large crumbs remianed in the eleveator and toilet paper trail entering the elevator. The girls cleaning were not happy I was on the elevator when they wanted to be and made me feel very unwelcome. The cleanliness and the cleaning crew get 1 star.

The property itself was not bad however we did have a homeless man approach us outside in the parking lot and if you are in a room facing the street be prepared to not sleep well. Traffic is very loud and walls are thin.

Sorry, but I’m going to be honest. We walked in our room at almost midnight to find both beds not changed and the hook on the bathroom door was halfway dangling off. We told the night manager and she was amazing! She immediately changed the bed sheets and made note of the broken hook on the bathroom door. The next day, the blow dryer was dead. I asked for a replacement and that one was dead too. Ultimately, the hotel needs a major update!

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days for a business trip. The hotel was under construction, the lobby was closed most of the day - the fire alarms went off several times in the mornings. Overall the rooms was okay, but the beds and pillows were in pretty bad shape. I ended up buying my own pillows so I could get a good nights sleep. The rooms were pretty dusty (in vents and on walls).

Nothing unique about the propery. The best thing was the lady working the continental breakfast each morning.
The bathroom was very dirty, I was shocked at the level of uncleanliness. No towel hangers in the bathrooms. I wouldn't stay there again without major improvements.

Front lobby is under construction, which wasn't too big of a deal. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff. However the front lobby also smelled like smoke a lot of time as guests/staff would smoke right outside the front entrance

The property staff was rude upon check in and during the duration of our stay. The facility was under construction and not very clean. The price for this hotel seems completely unreasonable considering the condition of the building and the customer service given.

For the price we pay for the room, we would have expected a cleaner room. We had some sort of leak from our heater/air conditioner, food and stains in the chair, and our fridge did not work properly. The up side was the pool. It was clean and seemed well maintained. The breakfast was also great.

We stay here every year for the PBR. This year the prices doubled and the hotel is being remodeled so it's not worth last year's price!
