it was smelling bad inside our room!

Nice clean hotel. Arrived 1am in the morning with no issue. Easy book in and straight to our room. Just what we needed after late night flight.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms!

Well located for a 25 min bus ride downtown Sevilla.

Very convenient, transportation at the hotel door, Residential area.

Positive: The room was clean and great. Negative: We called the front desk a couple of times and they never answered.

Çalışanlar doğru düzgün ingilizce bilmiyorlar, hiç güler yüzlü ve yardımcı değiller. Resepsiyonda, restoranda her yerde uzun sıralar oluyor çalışanların yavaşlığı yüzünden. Dışarıda yer alan meydan o kadar gürültücü insanlarla dolu ki özellikle çocuklu iseniz asla rahat edemezsiniz.

Good ration quality/price. Swimming pool and gym available. Far from city must see so you need to have a car(however parking is not free) or take a bus (15min away from the center).

Very close to Seville airport. Easy Parking and room were very clean and staff was excellent.

There’s room for improvement with their breakfast.

It smelled good too

Very tight entrance to underground parking. I scratched the wheels on my Tesla X. Not recommended if you have a big car. Parking not included in price. I wanted to dispose a garbage bag, Personell in reception did not have any solution other than a tiny bin in the reception.

Carlos was a great receptionist.

It is a very good hotel. However, is far away from downtown Seville. You need to take taxis from there to downtown (around 14 euros per ride), or you can take public transportation but it will take 40-45 minutes to get around.

Great location in the outskirts of Seville at affordable prices. Bus to downtown right in front of the hotel if you decide not to drive.

15 minutes from airport.

Nice hotel. Clean with good amenities. We didn't use the gym, but made use of the pool. There were seven sun beds ( free to use ), you can fit another 5/6 people but you will need to take your towels to lay on. We stayed 5 nights, so met various members of staff, all were friendly and very helpful. Bus 22 ( stop's right outside hotel ) takes you in to the city centre without any changes and cost's 1.40 euros per person one way. We chose this hotel because of it's location away from the city centre and a pool for a quick dip. Also enjoyed the couple of bars and cafes immediately outside the hotel. There is also two small shops three minutes away, so you get to mix with the locals, which we enjoyed.

The hotel is good. The room is clear and clean. The bathroom has a good ventilation and is very clean. And the location is also good because it’s possible to take a bus in front of the hotel to downtown in 20min, very easy. Ahh…the brakefast has a good variety of food. I recommend it.

Fantastic family room two tvs one in each room excellent facility’s spacious area had everything within walking distance from farmacia to tapas bars to children’s entertainment breakfast great choice and well presented have already booked to return in august would recommend to anyone .it is about 10 minutes from airport and 10 minutes to centre of seville

For the prices pay it would have been better to stay in Ibis hotel is more clean and better customers service and the phones work in the rooms also found restroom dirty.

I enjoy my stay at the hotel, I really like the room assigned.

I cannot say one good thing about this hotel. However there was a really nice pizzeria next to it which made fantastic pizzas!

Room was not as described. Bot clean with dust all over. Staff were friendly but problem with check in. No room service! You can only get food in the morning at breakfast or at dinner time. Between hours you have to go outside the hotel. This should not be a 4 star hotel at all

We only stayed one night before our flight. Everything was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Further from the centre than anticipated but bus service running there. Staff seemed occupied and so failed to give information such as pool times, wifi codes etc. Tidy room and pleasant cleaning staff.

The room was nice and spacious. Warm pool for the kids to play in. Only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore what was near the hotel. Taxi and bus stop right outside the hotel for easy commuting to city center.
