Front Desk was friendly and welcoming. However, Rooms and bathrooms were dated and old.

Was given a handicap room it had no lights. 2 lamps that were spread apart. No area to plug in my phone no access to plug in my phone. Bathroom makes a lot of noise

I originally Canceled by calling the location approximately 3 hrs prior to check in and was allowed due to Storms, I decided to attempt to continue and called back and the Receptionist said no problem she would reinstate the reservation for me. I made It and they were so nice accommodating and professional. I will Always stay here when I’m in the area.

Beds were super comfortable. Room was spacious and somewhat clean. Blood stains on one of the mattresses. The bathroom was very slick. The AC did not work well to cool the room but the humidity was very high. We always travel with a small fan and it was a good thing because it helps circulate the air. Breakfast was subpar. What they call Coffee was just hot water. Danishes and other bread products were hard and stale. We went across the street to get coffee from McDonald's and when we came back we've been locked out of our room. I've traveled to New Orleans many times to go on cruises and I've stayed here before. But I won't stay here again. I think there are better options for the same price range.

Check in was smooth and easy. Room and facility appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was adequate but could be better water pressure and hot water could be hotter… but was sufficient to meet my needs. There are a handful of close by places to eat and proximity to the airport can’t be beat. Definitely an older property but overall decent

Comfort Inns and Suites was a budget friendly option during our trip to New Orleans. It was convenient to all of the favorite restaurants and attractions in the city. The members of the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

The stay was great. The front desk workers are awesome. The room was clean. Housekeeping was great. The breakfast was not okay. Had the same thing everyday and no waffles

I booked this hotel because it said there was a shuttle to take me to the airport, and pick me up. This was not true, this hotel does NOT have a shuttle. It was a hassle to get a taxi for transportation, and it cost me $ 20. Each way. The taxi driver was wearing boxer shorts and flip flops and the taxi reeked marijuana. It was 3:30 a.m. and the experience was frightening.

The location and the condition of the property as a whole were as expected. The shower however, was tepid at best with no water pressure. We arrived late and didn’t have the energy to call because we were checking out the next day anyway.

Needed a quick place to stay near airport for early morning flight with my son. Check in was quick... room was spacious, bed was comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. Surprisingly very quiet considering it's along a very busy stretch.

Everything was wonderful. Our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived but we were given another room on the spot as to not be delayed with our check-in. The young lady at the desk when we checked-in was very pleasant. We stayed for 3 nights and all staff from front desk to housekeeping and those who helped with breakfast in the mornings were all polite. Definitely would stay again

A nice clean property, restaurants close by, exercise room, swimming pool, laundry area, vending machines . Peaceful wnd quiet! Staff was very nice and helpful.. Furniture gently worn but clean. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. No pesky bugs.

The beds were comfortable and clean. However the room was not. The walls need to be painted to cover all the dirt. The bathroom walls looked like they has coffee spilled down them. It just looked grimy. My sister laughed and said theyd have to repaint to fix all that but this is clean for NoLA. The breakfast was good and the lobby and Cafe areas were clean. There's not shuttle service available and pool was closed also. Thank heavens my sister was taking me to the airport.
