The staff was extremely rude when I asked for towels since their was 6 of us and only 2 towels for A 2 night stay. The toilet seat was broken in the room my little fell off due to it and hit her knee causing a huge black bruise. They were painting right outside 1st thing in the morning being loud. The breakfast had old fruit there was no bagels or bread it was a lot of money to be treated so rude

Looked like an average type of place, but once in the room we were blown away by how clean and up to date it was. Nice hardwood floors and super clean bathroom. Well beyond our expectations.

Pool could have been open, but overall, great.

Staff was extremely rude. Not helpful at all. Rooms were tiny and cramped. Lights didn’t work. Breakfast was like waffles…that’s it. Beds made us itchy. Shower and bathroom were gross. Beds were tiny. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.

This location was rather loud, enough to interrupt sleep. Car alarm going off just outside the window, late-ish at night. And then someone turned on their car at 6:30am and left it revving up for like half an hour. Not exactly sure what the management could have done about these rude guests.

too much to list but… 1. First (non-smoking) room reared of cannabis and had cracked sink. 2. Front clerk was pleasant but attempted to get the PIN for my credit card and claimed it was standard procedure. 3. Whole establishment is beyond tired.

That the room was super clean.

The complementary breakfast should offer a bit more. Perhaps some toast or bagels.

The housekeeping was friendly.

I had a family emergency and needed to leave early, they wouldn't honor a refund for the final day. We asked about it at 9:00 am, check out is at 11:00. am, They had plenty of time to check me out and give a refund. I had to go home back to north Florida..

Price of the room was ok

The room was not clean, baseboards in a room should not be filthy, there should not be cobwebs in the corners of the room, Ironing board but no iron, bedding was a down comforter (In Florida!), no other bedding, the pillows were awful There was a desk, but the TV was on it so it had to be moved so I could work. I reserved with the request of a late check out and confirmed that when I checked in. The cleaning staff AND manager banged on my door THREE TIMES the next morning to clean, making my dog bark, and making me answer the door during a meeting. Where's the communication?

Breakfast, lacking....no butter for waffles. Location was amazing

I wished other pet owners would pick up after their pet but no bags available but a responsible pet owner would bring their own like I do
