Good hotel

Didn't honor my reservation for a king size bed and non-smoking. Given a smoking room with a "queen " bed. I put "queen in quotes becase it was a double size bed at best. Very disappointing and I will not be staying there again.

Will definately stay again!

We called first to tell the staff and explained that we would arrive late for our check-in. The young lady was understanding and accommodated us in a comfortable room. The room was clean and updated.

My room was dirty, 1st the floors mainroom and bathroom were not swept. Second, the microwave was dirty, outside the porch was covered in mud. Finally, I asked for 2 sets of bath towels because there was no bathtub towel. The front desk personnel gave me all shredded dirty dingie towels. I have photos to prove it. I didn't say anyrhing because i didn't want to get into a confrontation and being asked to leave before we checked out. Last but not least. I was charged a deposit before we arrived and charged for a crappy room as well. I will not use this or a facility like it again. Unhappy traveler

There were people slamming doors and arguing all night in the room next to mine. Also there were empty beer bottles all over the stairs for the entire 24 hours that I was there.

I booked a nonsmoking room but they gave me a smoking room. It looked old and unsanitary.

Very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. No issues. This is a great motel a few blocks from LA Tech. Also, it's a great location with several good restaurants nearby.

It was a beautiful room and very comfortable and convenient.

It was a 2 star place. The bed was comfortable. The smaller things were all super cheap; towels, the was coffee ugh, the TV remote and package, and the best was the soap. I guess cuz it has green in the title it’s good. Wrong it left a slick coating of slime on my hands with weird smell. I had to scrub it with their cheap towels. Also the front desk people might ‘act’ like the care that the people that are paying them arrived. Basic pleasantries go a long way.

Location

No frills.... you get what you pay for. Comforter and blanket had cigarette burn holes. Shower was not clean. The sofa smelled bad...like wet pets and feet.

Every part of my stay was nice. From check in to check out - it was better than the price I paid. Will definitely stay there again.

Very close to the universities. Can walk to food places and gas station they have beer. It is a very safe area. But you get what you pay for in the hotel. This is a very affordable hotel but if I had more money I would not stay here.

Easy to drive to, felt very safe and room comfortable and very cool inspite of heat outside

the room was clean and the employees are helpful. the only complain that I have is the room I requested was NOT a smoking room. But it smelled like someone smoked in the room the day before. Overall good value for the money. Thanks David

I mean it didnt suck. It was clean the bed was too soft for us but it was comfortable. It was clean. The front desk clerk wasnt Miss Congenitality. It justsified the means & thatll work

Friendly front desk just our room smelled like cigarettes & the bathroom light did not work had to put a lamp on there. Was only given 2 towels for 4 ppl. But it was clean. Pool was closed tho & it was very hot for the kids not able to swim

I was going to my boyfriends college thing at LA Tech and needed a cheap place to stay for one night. This motel was the cheapest near the campus. When i arrived the outside was a little questionable but nothing too bad. the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. My boyfriend and i stay at cheap hotels all the time and by the look of the outside our hopes weren’t high. However, when we walked in it looked like we were at at 4 star hotel instead of a 2! It looked like the place had to have been newly renovated or something. It was spacious, everything was functioning, the a/c worked really well, and the bathroom was super clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice and clean too. I mention this because often at cheap hotels the sheets are dirty or have cigarette burns/stains in them. But this place was really nice especially for the price.

Burns in ceiling from past customers. Ends of pillows ripped open. Nasty wall, lamp shades comforter had hunred burns in non smoking room broken t paper dispenser over all un safe feeling. Door to other room would not close all the way tv was even garbage and it had a 9.0 rating the cost of stay was 4 times the value of the property

Upon going up to our room we could smell the marijuana before getting to the stairs! I came here to bring my daughter and her friend on a college tour. When we got into the room it was hot and muggy. The thermostat said 80 degrees. We thought we were setting it to 60 left to get food and ride around campus. When we got back it was even hotter. I complained to the front desk worker. He said wait 20 minutes and see what happens. NOTHING happened. I went back and we were told that we could move. The new room was cooler but uncomfortable and not very clean. Hair in the shower. The chair in the corner completely disgusting! And stained towels and sheets.

I wasn't expecting much but it was actually better than expected. The room seemed to have been recently remodeled and mostly looked nice except for the disgusting chair that was dirty and had holes. The fridge and the unplugged microwave were in front of the full length mirror and there were only hard towels for two instead of three as my reservation indicated.

Tv was raggedy , bed sheets was stained , front desk wasn’t any help wasn’t answering phone , I left early morning cause couldn’t sleep
