Schabby pool aerea. One day a local guy occupied the pool for 3 hours. Long distance swim training it seemed like.. people around the pool got upset.

We had a junior suite which was lovely and spacious with a large deck with views. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to main street of Taormina and so many shops and dining options closeby. We also made good use of the pool during the heat. Would highly recommend!

The property was very close to everything in Taormina and the staff were friendly and helpful. The property is down a crazy steep road the hotel was old. The lobby smelled like old shoes. Taormina is very fun. Highly recommend visiting the Italian opera

I recently stayed at this beautiful place and was blown away by the amazing customer service. The staff were always willing to help and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The surroundings are stunning, making it a perfect getaway. However, the rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovations. Also, be sure to bring your own iron as the facility does not provide one. Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this place for its excellent service and breathtaking location.

great location, a big hill and stairs to get into town, but given its proximity and facilities we were happy to deal with that. it is a little run down in places, but doesn't affect your stay! having a pool in Sicily when it's so hot is such a bonus, would stay again!

Location requires climbing steep stairs or road to go anywhere, view from many rooms obstructed by a wall of the balcony of the room to the right. Car has to be valet parked, expensive. Should advise this in website to stop people with any handicap however minimal from choosing this hotel.

Hotel is located on a cliff overlooking the sea. The road leading to the hotel is steep. People with walking problem should be aware. Hotel is very near to the public garden which is beautiful. Property is feeling old.

I loved the space. I had one poor encounter with a staff member. I lost a credit card and asked them politely to check for it. They were very unhelpful, but refused to even check. Obviously whilst traveling it is crucial to have a credit card. I made a reasonable request and the staff member was very rude and slightly aggressive. I loved all of the other staff members. Everyone else was very helpful and the space was lovely!

Lovely hotel overall. Very clean but it is starting to look a little run down. Room was nice and spacious but outdated. Whole place needs a bit of a refresh but all-in-all it fits with the Sicilian style. A little annoying there is only one lift for the entire hotel, but not the end of the world. Breakfast was overall good, however, the hot food options didn’t taste great! Main attraction is its location!! Cannot fault where the hotel is. Perfect for walking distance. Reception staff all very lovely and helpful.

The staff is so nice & so attentive. Pool service including the pool bistro was great in terms of service, food, price & comfort. Hotel was spotless. Breakfast crew were amazing, very kind and attentive. Rooms are spacious. Planning our next years visit already!

very nice hotel with great views and very tasty breakfast! difficult to find it at first, not easy to go up and down the stairs to enter the hotel. the reception was very nice and let me take a shower after check out time in a special room they have for it.

We had a magical week at the Eurostar Monte Tauro hotel. The location and views are spectacular. The pool fantastic. But the best part was the staff - specifically Giovanni who was so patient and kind helping us navigate to the hotel when we arrived in Taormina. He went above and beyond. We highly recommend this hotel!

Super hotel in cliff top setting with fabulous views, every room has a terrace. Great location close to the centre of town. Friendly helpful staff. Classic 1970s concrete architecture.

The Hotel has a super good position with great view over the sea and in Taormina town at the same time. The Hotel is fine inside and the staff is very kind and service minded. In the outside the pool area need a new floor, since the current floor is a bit dangerous for the guests due to holes.

This hotel is very clean and does follow strict covid 19 guidelines. The rooms are ok but the bed in our room was two singles to make a double. not nice as you have a ridge in the middle.
when we booked the hotel the information was not clear about facility's being shut. like the pool and the pool area for sun bathing, the restaurant and bar where also shut.
Had we known this we would of booked elsewhere.
The hotel is located centrally to Taormina which is a beautiful historic city. there's plenty of bars and restaurants open to but some can be pricey

Not easy to drive “down” to the hotel entrance. The parking is not on property but other places nearby with opening time limitation. The 24-hour parking suggested by the hotel needs a bit of walk like 10-15 mins
