A stopover hotel, in a very convenient location. Rouen is a lovely city, and the Jardin Des Plantes is fantastic to visit.

Initially difficult to find but once there everything was good. Friendly staff, clean hotel and convenient location.

Instructions for parking need to be much clearer. You need to use St Sever shopping centre car park.
Breakfast on day 2 very poor service - only seemed to be one person covering reception and breakfast.
Generally good location for stopover as near motorway but easy walk to central tourist area

No ones clean the room . Stayed for 3 nights in 3 different room has 3 different mattress and soo poor quality : was on painkillers for rest of the week .
Funny things on my last day the housekeeper lady knocked on the door at 10 :30 am saying My last day like i meant to leave 12pm she woke up us then just left the hotel after an hour and had a word with the people at the front desk . They’re saying we should had come and say clean the room . But on the 3rd room we got someone cleaned it ….

The only thing good was staff’s kindness. Till you ask they don’t give towels, there is no hairdryer in the room, the bathroom is so small you can’t even fit your leg when you sit on the closet, there is no safe, there is no daily cleaning, you need to ask for it, the hotel is in renovation, they disturb you in the day. In brief it is the far worst hotel I have ever stayed. Never ever again…

Keycard had to be re-activated on the second day. A moldy window in the bathroom couldn’t be closed. Bedframe made surprisingly loud noises simply when lying down or turning around in the bed. And a local man stopped us when we had parked in the street and told us to move the car if we didn’t want someone to break into it. Location was close to the city center, but apparently in a less nice neighbourhood.

Neighbourhood was very rundown. Car park smelled of sewage. Although room was clean, the shower did not work properly. We had to change rooms initially as the first didn’t have a locking door. There were wires showing around the hallway and fuse boxes all left open. Staff were very nice but would not stay here again

Pleasant, contemporary Hotel, slightly tired looking, but in a good location with helpful staff. An easy 10/15 minute walk across the Siene to the city centre and Cathedral. Parking is in a safe, but slightly convoluted to find, multi storey carpark around the back of the Hotel which does have it's own door into the Hotel lobby.

Poor directions to the hotel, very poor directions to the car parking despite asking twice.
Lighting in corridor of our floor very faulty and as there is no air conditioning in the rooms we had windows open and noise from city was disturbing at night

It would help if there was a map to help you to find the parking in the commercial Centre. It is not easy to find when you are foreign visiting a new city.

This is an old tired hotel. The floor corridors are like the flinstones set with flickering lights.
The directions to the very hard to find car parking are non existant. Look elsewhere if i were you.

Not.a bad hotel. Receptionist was very friendly when I arrived. (Silaman). Breakfast was very minimalistic, (half baguette & croissant in a bag with yougurt/fruit. Reminded me of being on a child school trip

The check-in went smoothly and the front desk attendants were really nice and helpful. They gave us touristic info and very precise/helpful directions to Rouen historic center by tramway.
Parking was easy to access and hotel guests can have a discounted rate for overnight stay.
Room was very clean and comfortable. We got up 30 minutes late and missed the time for breakfast (10 am). The staff kindly reopened the breakfast area just for us.

Helpful receptionist and basic but comfortable room. Garage parking in basement of adjoining shopping centre an added bonus at a reasonable price. Good transport connections into the city centre.

We use this hotel as a 1-night stop-over hotel on our way to and from the west coast Vendee region. The hotel is fine in this capacity and backs onto the Saint-Sever shopping centre which has excellent parking facilities and easy access to a large Leclerc supermarket for top-ups and quite a few bargains. The whole Saint-Sever area is being refurbished at the moment and will be very smart once completed. It is also only a convenient 10 minute walk into Rouen city centre for the shops,cathedral and many other attractions, including the River Seine.

Good value, excellent restaurant, very helpful staff, decent location walking distance to the city.Quite difficult to find, especially while the forecourt is being relaid, with hindsight would have been better with directions to the car park which was very accessible directly from the hotel.Room decor a little bit quaint, but this is not unusual in France and in this price band.
