Easy, quick check-in; check-in staff was very pleasant and informative; very clean from the lobby to our room; room was spotless; super clean bathroom; updated furniture; very clean beds; great pillows; easy check-out; breakfast choices were good - the omelets were a hit with my family; would definitely again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It is more expensive than we normally would pay. It really shouldn’t cost as much as it does. Even so, we loved staying here. It was close to historic Sylva.

Everything was great, very clean, very comfortable. It seemed like there was only one person that was taking care of the reception desk and the breakfast counter. She was working hard running around getting everyone everything they needed.

Checking in was easy, the lobby and room was clean. Went to bed with the A/C set low and in the middle of the night, it shut off. The room was crazy hot. For the rest of the night, the A/C would turn off and on. Made the stay horrible.

Nice clean hotel. Unfortunately, we booked and paid more than surrounding hotels for the purpose of using the pool and hot tub. Both were closed due to "chemical issues." I honestly don't think they should charge full price if their main amenity is closed. If we had been informed ahead of time we would have canceled and stayed somewhere else.
