Front start to finish, this place was great. Don't let the outside apperance on the corner of a busy road fool you. The place was very nicely decorated, check-in was a breeze. Parking was convenient, though if you have heavy luggage or multiple bags note there are no elevators. The room was tight but clean and upgraded nicely. Had all of the amenities needed, including in shower shampoo and conditioner. The bed was super comfy, pillows were so so, but after a long day worked fine. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff server was a busy bee, working very hard to accommodate the very busy time. The space for breakfast was too small, they did expand outside but obviously wouldnt work in winter. Overall our stay was fantastic. Highly recommend and if ever needing to stay in Toronto, would stay again.

Staff really great and the place was nicer than the area. Downside was the niose. Room was not the best for sound proof.

Nice staff , nice decor, very clean & smelled nice. Our first floor room was small But very cozy & quiet & clean. We loved having a sliding door that went out to the parking lot where we could park right at our room & keep an eye on/go to & from our car. We missed Breakfast but will stay here again and try it.

Good hôtel for the price but far from city center et few public transportation around (at least one jour to downtown if you don’t havé a car). The room was clean and the staff very pleasant. Breakfast is good

Easy, comfortable and quiet

It was very clean, but here are the down parts. 1st no coffee machines in the room so you have to go to the lobby to get coffee or tea 2nd the bed is hard very hard and the pillows are to soft. So otherwise we didn't have good sleeps. If you like a very firm mattress then you will be happy.

The hotel and staff were excellent. We stayed there for 3 nights, everyday we came back to a clean room with fresh towels and a bed that was made which was well appreciated. Our room was spacious for a hotel room and had a sitting area with a couch. Breakfast there was also great. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if in the area.

It was clean, friendly staff, and free parking, the only thing was dining room was too small and only 4 tables available for the whole hotel

Room was great. If you want to check in early, you need to pay an additional fee, which I have never had that at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Breakfest was okay - eggs were bad. Not too many choices, but enough to get us going for the day. Not much around the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The outdoor grounds are looked after well. It is about 15-20 minutes away from central Toronto by car. There are shopping outlets, including a large mall, within a reasonable walking distance. The staff are very friendly and were really supportive when we had flight issues. The breakfast options are good although the indoor eating area is small. There is outdoor seating under a tent if needed. The room was very clean with very good amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff that made this a very pleasant stay.

Nice place to stay for business or travel. Better to have bidy lotion and coffee machie or probide 1 to 2 bottles of plain water

Rooms have been recently modernised but some signs of wear and tear. Strange smells around the room but okay after some air freshener. Breakfast included and was okay.

The property was very comfortable and clean, we did feel right at home. It was convenient because it is located close to the airport, which suited us nicely. I don’t have any reason not to recommend this property because it was great. Paul

We've always been happy with our stays at the Stay Inn. However this time we called ahead to add another person to our reservation and were told that we could for an small additional charge. No Problem. When we arrived we were told we couldn't do that and we had to take a different room at a higher rate. We weren't happy about the situation and they wouldn't work with us at all. Not a great stay!!!!

Weve stayed at this hotel multiple times before and love it, that's why we return. This trip was a bit different, it was more noise or thumping than before. Also the breakfast was not replenished like it should have been. If the breakfats us available until 10am on sundays, it should be available until then and especially at 9:20am when we attempted to eat. There were no bagels, no muffins, no sausage or bacon. Very little eggs, very little beans. Whwn i asked at the front desk, the man got the maids to put 6 more sausages out, but that was it. So we weren’t satisfied like in our previous stays. We left and ended up viying breakfast. Which isnt ok, since we comtinuento book with Stay Inn as the breakfast is included.

Everything was good, the property and room were clean. Just wish there was coffee in the room.
