The smell of my room when I walked in was terrible. I almost left but it was late & I was exhausted. The room was clean but the property is definitely old. It was the worst Comfort Inn I’ve ever stayed in. They’re usually my go to for comfort cleanliness and price, but this one almost changed that.

Room was good size, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was hot & delicious and staff very friendly. Room looked a bit run down, some holes in wall, bathroom door was chipped & decor was outdated. We were told the bathroom was supposed to have shower bench but my daughter who utilizes a wheelchair, didn't shower so it wasn't a big deal. Served it's purpose & was a decent price so happy with our stay.

Friendly staff and convenient lication for us. Newly repaved parking lot is great. Public areas of hotel, mostly carpeting is a bit shopworn and dirty but rooms are pretty good. Second stay in about 2 months in a room with shower shelf hanging by its screws.

Horrible! There was mold in our bathroom. Our toilet didn’t flush properly. Only one lamp worked for lighting. Customer service awful. They wouldn’t switch rooms give discount or anything. Front desk was mean and rude. Everything was dirty. Even the elevator had yikes missing and Sheetrock missing from wall

The floor beneath the tub seems like it has fallen in- the base of the tub had a huge dip in one side of it. (Room 205)
Additionally, we’re having issues with the preauth and getting the hotel to help resolve this has gotten us the run around. Has happened before with other Comfort Inns resulting in us being double charged.

The staff were all very nice and friendly. There was NO hot water. Luke warm at best. And I was there 2 days. I won't be staying there again.

Good location and price for our needs. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable but a few things needed some TLC. Soap/shampoo shelf in shower was hanging by loose bolts and thus unusable. Smoke alarm over bed was hanging by wires. Bedside tables and parts of common hallways looked a bit worn and tired but neither affected the quality of our stay or would keep us from returning again

The check in person was very creepy and kept asking very personal questions. He even called my room to make sure “everything was satisfactory!” I understand the gesture but he did it in a very creepy way that made me uncomfortable and I checked it early

The young lady who worked at the front desk when we checked in was very nice, and we were checked in shortly after arriving. The carpet leading to the elevator looked like it had never been cleaned. The hallway leading to my room was dark but was in the process of being repainted (although very poorly), and paint was splattered on the door. The room was clean, although dated, with dark colors and a popcorn ceiling. Shower pressure was stellar but the water was lukewarm at best. When I went to check out, there was no one working behind the counter so I left the key and called to make sure I was checked out. Average to below average hotel…

Bryam was the best. I had lost my confirmation number. For two hours, I was calling every hotel in the O’Fallon area. The hotels computers were down when I called, he said as soon as they got back up and working again, he would call me. It was over an hour before they came back on, but he did call me back. The rest of our 3 Hour Drive was stress-free.. I had no anxiety Because I knew I had a room. He was very helpful each morning after we got there to give us directions and tell us where things were around the area. I don’t know how long he has been an employee, but he definitely deserves raise. He went above and beyond to make our stay.

First impression of the front desk staff was not great. I kind of expect a smile and a “hello.”
The overall look is nice, but a bit worn.
The best part were comfortable beds and QUIET ROOMS. I slept great! Lots of hot water and towels.
My breakfast of poached egg in a biscuit was good! My husband’s raisin bran was full of ants.
I appreciate that this is a pet friendly hotel.

It was ok. Not the best room, but for the price pretty good. In fact, my GF did some background checks on past reviews and really had a lot of concerns. However, they've improved something. Sure it wasn't the Ritz, but decent and was pretty good for the price! I'll give them kudos, everything worked and service was good.

This place was a nice place. It was comfortable for us, we were in town for a family high school graduation party, was there for 2 nights. There was no usb charging station. The pool and breakfast was good

Room smelled like mildew. I was moved to another room that smelled like men’s shaving cream and bad cologne. Tub had a stain. Not a pleasant stay. You could smell the mildew coming from the air conditioner.
