Shower faucet was loose and difficult to regulate water temperature. Door to enter the room was damaged with a large gap in the doorframe someone could easily slip a credit card in and open the door. Reported it to the front desk.

The room was decent, needs to be updated, it has old fixtures and out of style. Breakfast was blend and cold. The service was the best thing at the hotel.

It was very disappointing. First of all the room didn’t appear to been They really cleaned. There was a shampoo bottle half open sitting there stuck to the dresser. Somebody had left a phone in our room. There were stains on the curtains stains on the carpet chipped furniture, badly chipped.
Then after being told that breakfast went till 10 when we checked in, we arrived at 9:20 to find out that it wasn’t indeed 10 but nine and we missed having our breakfast.
It was stains on the curtain on the carpet. It was just not clean and needed Renovating
I Was going to take pictures, but since we missed breakfast and had to catch breakfast before 7 Hour Drive we checked out quickly and I didn’t get a chance to take pictures. We were in room 222. It had a musty smell, and when turning on the heat, it got worse. We had to turn it off because we couldn’t stand the moldy smell of the room.

Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful and the price for the room was very reasonable. The breakfast served in the morning was a decent variety and the cleanliness of the hotel was good.

We reserved 3nights for two special guest visiting from Alabama. They complained of a strong mildew smell throughout the hotel and in their rooms. The establishment was very unclean and the service was underwhelming. They decided to walk across the street and check in at the Holiday Inn instead. It was very embarrassing for us as hosts.

First room sink was clogged, no maintenance. Had to request to be moved. Tub was clogged, no hot water.. no maintenance. Was unable to shower before visiting my son at MCT. Do not recommend.

This property is dire need of a tear down and rebuild.
When I saw the price I should have known better, but somehow it had good reviews.
Room door was propped open when we arrived. This was an obvious attempt to air it out of the smoke and mildew odors.
Ceiling looked as if it was going to fall down at any moment. The bathroom fixtures were all rusty. The walls were touched up with a different shade of paint.
The heater smelled of a dead animal.
Outside, garbage, empty raw chicken packages from a grocery store and towels were strewn about.
I do not recommend. We will not be back.

Im not one to usually complain but showing up to people yelling and twerking outside at like 1am was a bit of a turn off. Beds are extremely small in the double room. Mildew and broken bathroom fixtures. They stop caring about breakfast for the last half hour and let it run out and get dry. Lots of restaurants near by. If your small enough for a twin size bed and need a cheap sleep then i guess its alright.

Everything was to our liking. Very clean and breakfast was a plus. There were only 2 things I didn’t like, the bathroom vent didn’t seem to work well, when we took a shower the condensation was everywhere, even the front door was wet. Because of the venting not working properly, the fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. But the bathroom was clean other than that.

This place sucks.
The room smells, there was a wet squishy puddle on the floor, when we first entered the room one of the staff was on the couch, presumably taking a nap. The fans floor smelled like stale beer and pot. When we asked for a late,checkout they only gave us 30 minutes longer, and the staff still tried to enter the room. Absolutely pathetic that I was charged this much money for this glistening turd.

The room 121 was ok. The bed was very noisy. The worst part was the shower. The mixer valve was not working so the shower was either cold or hot. Nothing in between. The a/c unit leaks a little and the room had a slight moldy smell.
We arrived at 2:30 pm and attempted to check in. They would not as they have a strict 3 pm check in policy as per the front desk. So we had to sit around for a half an hour. Overall, we will not go back here.

Easy check in. Room was clean and had a fresh clean smell. I was happy about that. Breakfast was good. The only dislike I had was on the weekend’s breakfast is not served till 7am and on weekdays it 6 am. I had to leave by 6:30am on Saturday so I did not get to have breakfast.

From the time we entered into the building everyone was so nice and the whole building smelled and looked so clean and when my first room ac was leaking the mananger on duty worked so quickly to get the maintenance man to look at it and moved us to a suite room which was to die for my husband and i will be back

Very nice stay - hotel is nothing special, but our room was clean and the staff were nice - in particular a new employee that checked us in.
