Shocking place. Location ideal but value for money poor and meals all microwave or quick cooked not fresh.

Reliable and cheap. Bit out of the way, but you get what you pay for. Everything Bout the property is nice and I wouldn't fault a single thing.

Staff v friendly. Room v clean. More staff needed at busy breakfast time as tables needed cleaning and drinks area needed tidying but staff were doing their best. Maybe better choice of eggs (eg fried) not just scrambled. Room was comfortable and serviced well daily. Maybe bottle of water in room would be good. Plenty of parking and v good value for money. Definitely recommend and use again.

good value for money for a tourist trip to Cmabridge. Close to the park and ride, the best way to the centre. We were offered a welcome drink and snack. Very welcome indeed.

Room initially placed in had really awful odour. then when looking to have a shower, this also didnt work and "dribbled" from the shower head. Also some dark substance "sprayed" up the curtain windows. After complaining, I was moved to another room which seemed ok.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice gesture. Room was decent sized and clean.
Location is slightly far away from town but not an issue for us as we had a car.

The hotel interiors are very well worn and the property is in need of modernisation.
Breakfast items weren't replenished quickly enough during a busy service, no bacon :(

The room was clean & comfortable. Rooms sound proofing isn’t that great, we heard our neighbours early morning talking on the phone. The breakfast buffet was very busy and the staff struggled to keep dishes topped up. Food was ok but not fantastic. All staff were friendly & helpful. The free parking is great.

The room had not been cleaned. There was no toilet paper in the room and the reception never picked up the phone. Terrible stay

While it started great check in and accommodating special requirements for the first morning things went south come the second and third evening…. While Service was good on the first night the food was passable however on the third night staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and the food came out cold and starters arrived after the mains … disappointing after such a great start.

Room fine, staff were good, food was appalling. Absolutely disgraceful. I had a pizza in the evening which was awful. The breakfast was worse. Why produce all those options for breakfast but not do any of them well. Why not just keep it simple but good quality. All you need is Good coffee, fresh croissant or a bacon roll and some fresh fruit. Maybe some yogurt and granola. That’s it but do it well! The coffee was absolutely disgusting.

Hotel clean and comfortable room of good size. Additional fold out bed for third person. Hotel quiet at night. Good buffet breakfast included. Matt, day manager very helpfull about local area and transportation links. 10 min walk to catch bus line into centre of cambridge.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilet area in my bathroom…smelled of urine.
Maid did not refill the tea/sugar each day so I had to go to breakfast area each day

No pancakes, waffle, crumpets, bagels, and so many more very limited but I did enjoy my breakfast.

The hotel was very busy but the breakfast service was really good. Nothing ran out, the food was great and tables were spotless. I don't normally review but as the hotel was so busy it was even more impressive to how they dealt with it all.

The staff really helpful and friendly the services of the Hotel adequate the only thing I would say it was the air-conditioning in the room didn’t seem to be working and we were left with a plug-in fan

Hotel needed a car as not close for train or bus. Was very busy with 2 coach loads of foreign guests making for a busy hotel. Breakfast was very busy and food buffet was ok.

We had a very friendly check in and helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable with all necessary items available. Breakfast was busy but again all the staff were pleasant and super helpful

The only downside was the coffee at breakfast which tastes awful.

Stayed in room 211 - which was next to lift shaft. Sadly woken up several times due to the noise and people slamming doors. Room is above the main entrance, which also contributed to the noise.
Location perfect for business meeting, hence have stayed here many times. Next time will ask for a quiet room. Plenty of parking spaces and lovely location for a walk.

Room was as good as usual apart from a broken fitting in the bathroom. Restaurant wasn't so good, tables not cleaned between diners.
