Well we book a room with a microwave and so that microwave blow the power to our and this was deluxe room and very disappointing for basically renting a where we can’t us the microwave and still have to go the office to use there microwave

I choose this motel because my spouse & I needed a pet friendly room to spend the night in passing through the area, just a basic room to sleep in, & be on our way the next day. Ther room was real rough, the bedsheets had cigarette burns all over, despite it being a non-smoking room, it also had no outlets near the bed, nor around the room, just one free one under the TV console, the only other outles were in the restroom, those were broken & didn't even work. My spouse has a medical device they use when sleeping that needed an outlet, when we reached out to the front desk about the issue to see if they could switch us rooms, or if they at the very least could provide an extension cable we could use to reach the plug under the TV console, they said to come to the front desk.The person at the counter gave us an outlet adapter plug cube (with no length) & said thats all that could be provided, it did not solve the issue, & we ended up not staying through the night & left shortly after. Upon trying to check out the person at the front desk was fast asleep with an inappropriate video (lots of messed up hate speech) playing on full blast in the lobby & we had to wake them up to return our keys & the adapter to leave. Motel 6 has been a go to for us for years, but this one really has us considering other options going forward. Pay a little more for a better option in the surrounding area, cannot recommend this one at all.

In and out just next door. Our room was a smoking room even though booked non smoking. Hotel need to renovate.

The staff here is amazing- the staff I had contact with were very nice. It would be nice if the property would be cleaned up a bit and rooms would be refurbished. Housekeeping needs to be improved- rooms not very clean, especially the floors. Otherwise, the stay was great. It’s so nice having an In/Out Burger right next door.

Super small compared to the North side. Outdated, smelly after someone smoked cigarettes. Musky, loud and not worth the 90! bucks

This property was a very great nice cheap place I just feel like the pricing could be better it's a little to steep

There were cockroaches in the room and stick weeds parts in the bedding

I wish this property had more grass for my dof, but other than that...no complaints

Had to wait 30 minutes for room to be cleaned. Room smelled, hair everywhere. Wi-fi kept dropping. Roach crawling on wall. This place used to be better.

The property is nice however not too many places to eat without having to drive

We showed up and were given a room on the far back where there were no lights whatsoever. Shares a wall with a freeway. Found drug paraphernalia upon parking. No elevator and on the second floor. The door lock had been busted off. The room had an adjoining room with some adults having adult time and it was as if they were in our room. No bath, only shower. The whole room REEKED of cat urine so bad we got sick and ended up checking out after 1 hour!

Overall this was 6/10 for me. The room itself was old, the bed was hard and lumpy, the comforter has cigarette holes, and the door felt like it wouldn't close. You get what you pay for, but if you just need somewhere to sleep on a budget like me then its ok. The staff was nice and helpful.

Great stay, cheap price, pet-friendly rooms. Just be sure when you check in you have your license plate number. Also, all the people who are staying with you, have their I.D.'s ready with you for a faster check-in. In-n-out right next door was a huge plus.

I arrived late in the evening. Only smoking rooms were available. I was told that it was due to me not having specified a non-smoking room. I got sick from the cigarette odor in the room firing the first night. It was unacceptable on Expedia for not having asked which option I wanted.

Great spot for a quick overnight. Pool is nice. No fridge or microwave was quite a let down.

Just the bare necessities. One tint bar of soap in the bathroom. They sell the usual bathroom shampoo and conditioner you find in your room in the vending machine in the lobby for like $2. No microwave or fridge and definitely no coffee machine. The area is kinda sketchy but overall it’s a safe and fairly comfortable place to stay. Plus (or not) that it is literally next door to in n out

Have to request housekeeping the day before & even then, the guy at the front desk forgot to submit my request! Frustrating!

This was a simple get away for my son and his girlfriend for a trip to Disneyland. I have stayed at Motel 6's before but this was an all time low. They said the neighborhood was not bad, but the hotel stunk and the room was filthy. They immediately called the front desk and asked for it to be cleaned. They left so the room could be cleaned. Upon return it was only marginally better. The A/C unit had a terrible smell coming from it. The walls were thin and neighbors were really loud. One night the police were called for a fight in a room nearby. They did not feel safe at all. They said the office staff was rude and demanded that ALL guest present photo id. His girlfriend accidently left her id at home and even with a photo of front and back they gave them a hard time. I would NOT recommend this Motel 6 at all.

This review is for 2-day weekend stay. A (seemingly) gang of about 15 Spanish speaking men were in the courtyard/parking lot past the stairs near the lobby. They were VERY loud “horsing around) and very intimidating until 2-3 AM. Even after calling the front desk it was 30 minutes before they lower their volume.

Nice

This is what I get for booking a cheap motel. Check in was just fine. But the room was gross. It was HUMID and MUGGY. It felt like I was sleeping in a steam room the entire 2 nights there. Floor is dirty. Bed had hair in it. I believe people also lived here… there was a party up stairs, and guys were screaming and yelling at 3 am. Overall I will never be coming back.

Did not have room service at all during our time there.

Went and found out they wanted to give us fans. No way I was spending almost 100 bucks for a room with fans . Especially during summer

The staff was awesome!! They went above and beyond for my stay.

I enjoyed my stay! In fact the manager allowed me to check in early free of charge! I definitely recommend this location.
