The staff was friendly, but the service for getting towels, toilet paper, or cleaning of the room was almost nonexistent. We had to request new towels all but 1 of our 8 days. We had to get toilet paper from the front desk a few times, the beds were like bricks and VERY uncomfortable. The toilet didn't flush properly and because "maintenance was gone for the day" the front desk just gave me a plunger and wished me luck. The door sometimes stuck trying to get out of the room, there are a lot of homeless people in the araa but they didn't really bother us, there's no pool and no microwaves in the rooms, but they do have a microwave in the laundry room that they don't tell you about for some reason...you just find out by accident. Likely i will never stay here again...despite it being the cheapest option for 3 people for 8 days.

I liked the quietness of the property but the laundry room had no stock of items and there were some walls falling apart in the room along with unstable plumbing in the shower.

When it comes to booking hotels like others during this time I looked for something reasonable price wise and rely a lot of photos of the hotel taken to make my decision. If there is something I would recommend to others looking to book is to stay away. I’ve stayed in Santa Ana before but this place has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They tried to give me the wrong room with a queen bed when I booked a king they did fix that by giving me a room with two queens to make up for it but that didn’t make up for the varied random non residents in the area of the hotel and street. The room was dirty the table under the wall mounted tv has a huge yellow stain on it as well as bugs in the area. We were in the first floor but the resends on the second floor were the noisiest people I have ever dealt with. They were consistently moving things as well as stepping around the room as if they were having a track meet. All in all I would recommend others looking to book please pay the extra and book with a different chain of hotels because I will make this mistake again.

Manager was very helpful! Maids were excellent and friendly!! Traveling by myself, was concerned about safety but this was well lit up, area always attended to by staff. only thing i missed was no hair dryer & shampoo.

It was definitely a great stay. Nice and quiet. One of the front desk worker needed some social skills but the rest of employees were great. The housekeepers were amazin!

Comfortable room, Great hospitality. Only concern is housekeeping did not clean our room after requesting it every day. Bathroom tub was clogged and I had to clean the tub by myself, had to ask front desk for cleaning supplies to do it.

I liked that it was a cheap option near newport area where I was having a surgery, However, it was a a bare bones basic motel with uncomfortable pillows. Good for a cheap option, but the surrounding area has a lot of homeless people crowding the sidewalks that make it feel less safe to explore aorund.

We arrived and were greeted with amazing staff who got us right to a downstairs room as I am disabled, it was clean, fresh and comfortable. I was provided extra pillows and blankets to make me extra comfortable. Only complaint is that the upstairs neighbors were up all night fighting and stomping around. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. Thank you for making me comfortable. I would be happy to stay here again.

Against the wall, close to the bed, there was trash, qtips, etc. It looked like they had not cleaned the floor in between the beds.

Great stay, to me I thought it was pretty clean. It didn’t smell like cigarettes like most hotel, which I LOVE. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. The cleanness was also great!

The floor of the room was full of dust, the tub and toilet are full of dirt as if they were never cleaned, the towels are full of hair, my stay was from Monday to Friday and I did not have housekeeping service on any day.

Very meager accommodations. No coffee available in room at even a basic level. No coffe available at lobby even though stated there would be. No pool. Pool was filled in with artificial turf. Questionable guests around property and site did not feel safe

There’s definitely roaches living in the wall, got up in the middle of night they were crawling all over the bathroom. The room is clean for a typical motel 6, we just needed a night to sleep, we also had a dog with us. Homeless was walking around. They really need to fix the bugs problem, otherwise is fine for a night of sleep.

Not rooms

Housekeeping was very rude and loud they slammed the door all day long. There was someone in the attics or ceiling making noises and stomping on the Celieng hovering over me in the room. There was chemicals being sprayed such as fentanyl or some sort of toxic spray. I believe I am being harassed and followed by someone’s please check your attics and ceilings.
