Clean, pleasant. Well-equipped, staff very responsive.

Stove burners difficult to cook on…had to use specific pans which the food stuck to while cooking.

The location and the room styles. I’ve stayed here several times because of that.

The location was unexpectedly doing renovations. The lobby is completely gutted and dusty. One elevator had shredded butcher paper and tape covering the interior of the elevator; it was unclear what was being “fixed” with half of the paper torn off. My son and I actually felt unsafe to ride the elevator due to its appearance. I was also originally given a different room than the one I booked by accident by the staff and it didn’t have a pullout sleeper couch. That was rectified, and I went back to the lobby to get the correct room, but then the room I was next given, I noticed had a lot of paint on the chairs, walls, and furniture. It looked sloppy. I was very disappointed with the stay this time.

it needs a serious need clean. the carpet and couch were stained.

apparently they do not clean the rooms, bring fresh towels or coffee while you’re there. and we had no soap in the room.

it was neat, clean and the breakfast was pretty good!

The spacious room with kitchenettes were awesome. Bathroom were roomy and clean. Restaurants are close. There was also a Starbucks, subway and flame broiler. Yummy. Next to freeway, but was quiet. Great choice. Overall the our stay was great!

Only bad thing was no sports channels, Disney and cable company In dispute. But overall the our stay was great!

We felt comfortable and safe.

Close to the highway, next-door to a Starbucks, beautiful lobby, super friendly staff (they had little goody bags for kids which my son loved), great breakfast!

The room was big.

There's a $12 parking fee. Breakfast was just re-heated prepacked food. Coffee tasted terrible. Close to the freeway and the window was thin. Loud noises from cars. There were still trash in the room (empty bottles and opened Q-tips). It smelled like they were trying to cover up cigarette smells. Never came by to clean the room. Pillows were not comfortable. The refrigerator handle was broken. The shower door was crooked so doesn't close all the way.
