The location of the hotel made me feel a bit unsafe. But the hotel staff was nice and the service provided together with the room expectations were more than what we needed. We ate diner at the hotel to avoid going out, there were plenty of parking, and the breakfast buffet had many options.

Decent size room , helpful staff very friendly ,very good wifi throughout ,ample parking, good selection for breakfast great starting point to explore Genova and Portofina, close to stores and shopping mall

Parking is excellent. Outside looks like it needs a good tidy up, many weeds.
Inside excellent, staff lovely. Breakfast was great. Our room aircon didn’t work and they changed our room with no problems at all 👍

Comfortable hotel in a quiet, open, green area. Excellent large free car parking. Very pleasant dining room overlooking the terrace and hills beyond. Breakfasts were good (help yourself hot and cold buffet). Dinners were excellent with a limited but interesting menu of mainly Italian and local dishes - portions were large. Service in the dining room was excellent. There's no lunch option at the hotel so we used the Centro Commerciale just a block away.

The greeting and staff were great, we were tired and the young lady made sure I had a bathtub to soak in after shopping all day. Interesting location and odd to approach and depart from but I guess that’s geographic. Nice breakfast and clean room. Perfect for a quickie layover.

Friendly staff. Nice bathroom and loved bidet. Quiet rooms, adequately spacious with storage and fridge. Higher price than Milan for same amenities, and not as new, but beautiful lobby and facility. Room amenities great. Difficult to drive into Genoa and get back out of town —but in Italy that seems to be common. Good location otherwise to drive to. Comfortable. Would recommend if you are driving to it. We stayed and then made a day trip to La Spezia and Cinque Terre, about 90 minutes away.

Just one night, while waiting for the ferry the next day to Sardinia. Good hotel with a nice free parking. The hotel is located about 9 km from the port of Genoa. I did not want to leave my car in the center of Genoa. The reception staff gave me good advice for getting easily to the ferry boarding place.
The only small criticism concerns the breakfast which I found not so exciting, but that's a minor point. I recommend this hotel.

Good location, great breakfast with hot and cold options. Having some basic coffee/tea in the room with a kettle is a lovely touch / to be able to unwind at the end of the day with a hot beverage - we loved it. Convenient on property free parking was a bonus. Friendly staff. Thanks

Everything was fine. only complaint was no wash cloths and soap bar so small it was hard to use.

This was a stop on the way to France so the location was not a concern for us. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms large and comfortable, the king size bed was a huge plus. Breakfast was good and had plenty of selections. The staff was freiendly and tons of close parking. Can't say enou nice things about the hotel... If you are looking to see Genova you need a car from this hotel.
