This hotel is spectacular! From you arrive and until you leave, you have the feeling of being appreciated as a guest. You're not just another guest. I asked to have a room with a view to Etna, and surely they gave me a room with a view to Etna. They even let me stay for one more night even though they were closing for the season. The room was stunning. You could sit in the window sill and have a cup of coffee and look at Etna in the morning. The room also had an outdoor space with a beautiful table and two chairs, two sunbeds and a parasol. The breakfast was fantastic and very tasteful with bread, cheese and ham, omelet, a salad, different kinds of juice and fruit and desserts/cakes. They also served different kinds of coffee. Everyone is so friendly and greets you with a smile. They are genuine. It's not a performance or fake. You can easily tell if someone is not being genuine and if it's a fake smile. The people in this hotel are genuine and I get a warm feeling when thinking about how they treated me as a guest. At one point during breakfast, one of the servers said; "Are you ok? You are changing colour",meaning that I was about to get sunburned. As I was going back to my room, he said; "have you tasted the desserts?". I said no and he said "come come" and then he put a few of the desserts on a plate for me to take back to the room. These people care, and I am definitely coming back. Beautiful hotel overlooking the Mediterranean. We were lucky to get a room that also faced Mount Etna. The breakfasts were beyond delicious. It was a feast for a king with a wide selection of frittatas, pies, desserts and fruits. Staff were extremely kind, and ready to help. There is also parking on site.

Such a lovely old school hotel. Nestled on the hillside it was in easy walking distance to the shopping, cable car and bus terminal. Breakfast was excellent and different each morning. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Great value for the level of service and accommodation.

It was the most amazing hotel I have ever visited!!! Spectacular view, friendly staff. Varied and delicious breakfast. City senter, bus stop are very close. Beuatiful garden belongs to the hotel. Amazig view to Etna and to the sea. I really loved the unique retro Sicilian vibe of the hotel!! I definitely recommend it to everyone!! Must have in Taormina!! 😍

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The staff were super nice, the breakfast was delicious and the view was gorgeous. We had a small child in a stroller but it is no problems if you’re ok with carrying it up the stairs in the hotel and up the stairs to town. We had a room with a terras and it was very nice, it had two sun beds and a table for two outside. We can highly recommend this place!

Nice and traditional place, with great views! A bit outdated, and could do with a touch up. But super friendly and very service minded staff weighs up for that. Bonus points for free parking!

Thank you for the night we spent there. The pictures does not do justice for this hotel. It was beautiful m. The view was wonderful. We walked to Taormina which was a beautiful place.
