The interior design is wonderful. The wood in room floor is all sctatched, probably from luggage, not the best choice for flooring of a hotel room.

Great hotel, modern, quiet and well located

Beautifully designed modern hotel with interesting ethnic art. Very convenient for the great galleries of Madrid and also next to a warren of streets and squares with restaurants and bars.

Wonderful staff, great location, perfect breakfast

We stayed at Urban for 4 days, everything was just perfect. Service minded staff, cleaning service, surprises at the room (choklad eggs during easter, lovely rose), mini bar etc… also the hotel is at great location! Top notch!! Will come back!

Location is good

All the areas of the Hotel are exquisitely decorated and wonderful spaces to just be present in. The service is excellent and staff are amazing.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. They went above and beyond and their staff was just amazing. So easy to get to Retiro Park, Gran Via and other attractions. I will stay here next time and if you're on the fence - I'd say go for it! You won't regret it.

Hotel urban is a nice boutique hotel. The BEST thing it has is its service. Everyone is incredible nice and attentive, super detailed oriented and available to give you recommendations and make reservations for your. The room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. a/c had some issues but nothing that ruined my stay. Theres a small bar with very good drinks, and a michelin stared restaurant. Its location is great, about 8 min walk to Puerta del Sol, 10 min to Gran Via. Many restaurant options near by. Great shopping in the area. The only thing i did not love wss the gym, its basically a closet and doesn’t have a treadmill. Recommend signing up for breakfast it is delicious and coffee is amazing. Highly highly recommend.

Lovely modern hotel with antiques in every room and public space of the facility. Only thing I didn't find in my room was a clothes iron, but it wasn't crucial.

So this is one truly amazing hotel! I want to give a great recommendation, the staff was extremely polite and the service they provided is one of the best I have seen and I have seen a lot. They had an eye for every detail and the stay was perfect. Definitely will come back ! Also a great location.

Everything was A . One suggestion i had . The hotel is located next to the building of congress , they had information about ongoing protests planned . Would have been good to communicate this to people prior so that we would have been better prepared for the noise and traffic . Other than that everything else wa amazing

Fantastic all around. A1 location.

We were so disappointed with the hotel Urban. Considering that it’s rated 5* and the price was steep - we expected a lot more! The rooms need renovating - lighting was poor - floors creaked - the sink and shower did not drain properly and they were not clean - there was mildew. We complained but management felt our complaints were unwarranted.

We loved this place. It’s neat, clean and the staff is wonderful. Definitely coming back!

Great luxury option at the center of the tourist hub. Walk able to all points of interest. The staff are experienced and friendly.
