The place is quiet & the staff is very nice. 15-20 walking distance to shopping centers and other amazing dining options. Hope to return soon again.

Second time at the RWI. Love the property. The keyless entry leaves a bit to be desired as the tags had to be rekeyed a few times during our stay. But other than that our stay was wonderful. Front desk staff is delightful. Looking forward to my next visit.

Grace Bay beach is amazing and this resort has wonderful beach access. I loved that they provide loungers and umbrellas on the beach for guests. The restaurant on property was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the grounds were beautiful! Would love to stay at this property again in the future.

Excellent beach area, great landscaping; super convenient for relaxing all day. Room needs minor updates but was very clean. Overall a great experience!

We arrived on Saturday, July 27, 2024 around 3:00pm - check-in time. We were given a substandard garden view room when we paid in full for an Oceanfront room. We were told the difference was that there was a difference between Oceanfront and Ocean view. Very cute. Not funny though. I explained I had called the property and made my intention to rent the oceanfront room clear and that they told me it was going to be oceanfront. Instead they gave me building #5 - three rows into the property from oceanfront. Horrible! I complained and they upgraded me to the second row which was still not what I wanted but better. On Monday, July 29, 2024, the air conditioning in our room stopped working. The temperature in the room was between 90 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit or 30 - 40 Celsius with humidity. It took 48 hours to fix the air conditioning. I placed a complaint with the front desk about the false advertising of the hotel room location and the staff quickly blamed me for making the booking through Expedia.com or Hotels.com. When I brought this up to Hotels.com during my vacation, they told me that the property is responsible for submitting the description and photos of the property not Hotels.com. Hotels gave me a partial refund of One Key of $577.00 which is nice, but I do not feel fully compensated. The accommodations cost $3,342.64 at a rate of $376.00 per night.

It was an ok property. I would not go back though as there is very little to do there. The beach is gorgeous. We asked for ocean view and apparently that means seeing it from a long distance across pool.

Paradise. Property is magnificently landscaped, with great attention to detail. It was like being in a botanical garden. Lovely, individual, 3-story buildings rather than a large hotel. Terraces overlooking the botanical garden or that gorgeous turquoise ocean. The place was quiet and peaceful. Staff was wonderfully warm, inviting, and helpful.

When you arrive, you’re offered a drink of punch, or water (not rum punch!) Pros: Each person was amazingly nice and helpful. Each day we were greeted w smiles and friendly conversation. Neal, the server at their restaurant was TOP NOTCH! Always ask if he’s there! The property was beautiful and well kept. The flowers, plants, really give you the Caribbean feel. The property is small, all rooms are sectioned into buildings Cons: It’s important to know, EVERY room is owned by a different “person”. The cleaning staff only maintains each room/unit. We arrived Thursday, and by Friday we noticed several bugs that looked like roaches begin to emerge from the kitchen sink and under cabinet. We reported this the first time as somehow 2 made it to the bed on one of my guests. The resort solution was to just change the bedding. Saturday, we came back to more in the kitchen and now in the living room area. We called again, and the solution was to spray raid (which we know brings about MORE bugs), and then they left the raid there as to say “if this happens again just spray them away”. I spoke with the person who was then on duty, and told them we needed another room. The staff person, although polite and understanding , offered no valuable solution. Stating all their rooms were sold out. So another night spent clutching our pearls hoping no bugs. Sunday I spoke w a mgr and she told me they had guest checking out and they would move us but we’d be split up. We had off resort reservatio

Great hotel. Right by the beach. They have a quiet pool for adults. Happy hour everyday. Close to everything (restos, hotels, shops). Highly recommended!

I booked 2 Ocean View rooms but only 1 had ocean view. I asked front desk to change my room with ocean view. They rudely said I keep the room or cancel the reservation. I kept the room as I didnt want to ruin my family vacation. I took pictures and videos of the room as a proof.

Overall very good, friendly staff and good facilities and location. Pool/beach towels were hard to get.

RWI was amazing! We visited with our 18, 15, and 9 year olds during July and the resort was quiet. The pros were 1.) Easy access to the most beautiful beach, 2.) Both family and adult pools, 3.) Its location to other resorts/restaurants/grocery store. It was clean, well-maintained with crews working in the early morning to manage landscape. The property landscaping was absolutely gorgeous making the resort seem like a little chunk of paradise. We ate a few meals at the onsite Pelican Bay Restaurant and the food was pretty good. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a lower keyed Turks & Caicos resort that boasts natural beauty.

From the get go, the staff are rude and unaccommodating, they absolutely do not care about you. They let strangers trespass onto the property and cause chaos. Filthy place to be. Honestly, just stay literally anywhere else.

This place is very welcoming. Staff presented outstanding costumer service throughout my entire stay. I have absolutely no complaints of the resort. Food was good place was clean. I highly recommend.

Beautiful resort and wonderful staff!

The property is lovely but our suite kitchen needed updating. One recommendation would be to have a waiter serve drinks directly on the beach. The staff were all lovely. A little store with basic products would have been helpful. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We were absolutely thrilled with our decision to book at Royal West Indies for our honeymoon! The grounds were beautiful, room super cool temp, bed comfortable, shower and room clean (and I’m very picky about this). The washer/dryer and kitchenette were an added bonus. We enjoyed that it wasn’t crowded and was quiet compared to all-inclusives. We enjoyed easy access to the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Had fun using the bikes to go into to town for groceries and a drink. Took advantage of happy hour at the bar, where there was always a seat, and had a nice meal at the restaurant our last evening. Would definitely recommend!
