The view from the room was amazing and the pool was very private.

Stayed in an Ocean View villa... Very clean, private and pool was amazing. Staff extremely attentive and helpful from the moment I was met at the airport to the moment I left. My major disappointment was the food... Breakfast was really nothing special, even the a la carte options were not great. I did not eat at Pru, but both did have both Thai and western food options and frankly was not quoted. The prices were pretty eye-watering for Thailand, and I have had far better and far less expensive diners and drinks.

Very nice resort. The beach a litle bit disappointed.

We stayed in Ocean view pool villa which is perfect. I enjoyed the privacy and tranquillity during the stay. Due to the weather (windy and strong tide), we were not able to enjoy the facilities in the beach. The spa is good. We tried the aroma oil massage, and it was the best aroma oil massage I had in Phuket.

Private villa, great Sunday brunch, not crowded, nature-friendly. Only con--mosquitos/bugs :(

Have stayed at many 5 star hotels over the years, and this one is top tier all the way!....A bit pricy, but it has everything you could want and more...picture perfect scenery & setting, incredible service and Pru is an outstanding restaurant. Would definitely recommend Trisara amongst the best!

From the moment we got off the plane, it was truly a first class experience. We usually stay at Aman but decided to stay at Trisara this time. Both of them are right at the top. You can not go wrong with either. Just Perfect. It is a very special place.

This resort far exceeded our expectations. We received an upgrade two levels to an oceanview pool villa which was very large with a beautiful pool overlooking the water. The villa was set amongst many exotic plants and trees which made it very private. The staff were top notch and always eager to anticipate our needs. The Seafood restaurant food was particularly of a high standard. The Sunday brunch there was exceptional. We were also allowed a generous late check-out which we greatly appreciated. Altogether a fabulous stay.

Great room, very nice beach. It is a bit far from Pattong(30 minute taxi ride) but it is not a real problem. I particularly like the fact they drive you directly to your room and process your entrance there. Very efficiently

I'm not even sure where to begin, but if your looking for an amazing and worry free experience this is the hotel for you. I can't say enough good things about the staff and facilities, VIP experience from the moment we landed to the moment we left Phuket. Thank you very much for an amazing vacation to all the staff at trisara, don't change a thing and looking foward to staying at trisara again only if you can guarantee me room 105 again :)

Seven stars. Huge pavilions with pools, great service and food. Plenty of things to occupy one, or nothing at all.

The resort was fantastic, wonderful staff, beautiful food, great amenities unfortunately weather wasn't good but we still had a great time.....don't leave the resort why would you!!

Had an excellent stay at Trisara, and would definitely stay there again. The service and F&B are outstanding.

My wife and her sister, son, daughter and me arrived at Phuket and we were immediately greeted by a hotel staff who led us to a comfortable van that we took to the hotel. When we got there, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and greeted us with a drink. They also led us around the hotel and we knew that we didn't choose the wrong place as everywhere was so beautiful and nice. Then we were led to our rooms and were shocked by how big and beautiful it was. It was very comfortable staying in these rooms through the 4 nights we stayed. Very pleased with this hotel.

Great expirience owerall!

The hotel overall is good. We have tried the Sunday buffet and the food is excellent. The breakfast exceeds my expectations also. However one thing I have to mention is that the promised reception before immigration, was not carried out. We saw their people was expecting another guests but didn't see our names, so we asked but the girl kept on saying she couldn't help because she was not from the hotel and was very angry when we wanted to go through the VIP immigration line. At last we had to line up again for immigration and the reception greetings us from the hotel didn't apologize or mention about this incident again. We were very disappointed.

Could not fault the Hotel and Staff, the resort is far away from the nearest town, but if you gone to relax then no need to get away, The rooms great size, the bathrooms nearly the same size as the rooms, the Patio's great the Private pools for the rooms a little small, but for the Villa's good. The resort is on the beach, but a small beach so if you wanted those early morning walk on the beach, then you will but walking up and down the Private Hotel Beach Not long, felt the beach was good sandy but as soon as you go into the sea a little rocky. Meals could not fault them, we are Vegetarians, No meat, fish or eggs, so we thought they may have issues it turned around that we had issues from what they would do for us, they even went out of there way to make us meals which where not on the Menu. Pool great long but not for the none or beginner swimmers would have been nice to have a shadowers ends then what there was. No night time entertainment when we where there, but we had no issues, but if someone looking for that you want get it. Gym good with all equipment, and the Spa out of the world, with great staff who know what there doing. The resort is in a jungle so be prepared to fight with Mosquitoes, the Hotel give you repellent spray, and plug in units for inside, but there is so much greener, and if gone during Monsoon time as we did, then be prepared, but if you are prepared good but you will still never stop them from having a bite.
