Anke the property manager allowed us to switch our room to one with a poolside view. The apartment was setup fine for a short stay and appears to have renovated lately.

Their is supermarket across the road which we used. They only have basic kitchin.

We spent a week in a 1 bedroom apartment, with balcony overlooking the pool , half board, it was lovely.Plenty of chairs and umbrellas round the pool. Although there was a free table tennis table and a pool table 1 euro a game.Evening meals were large portions and excellent. Breakfasts were buffet. The only problem I had was the waitress who took exception to me taking 2 oranges, cutting and squeezing them to make my own Orange Juice. She wanted me to use the machine drinks. It was annoying.The hotel was in a quiet area and had a Spar supermarket just a few steps away.A short walk further on were more shops and a Burger King if you wanted a quick burger. The beach was also a short walk further past Burger King.Staff were super friendly at this hotel and we had a very relaxing holiday which we really enjoyed.Maria and Mike June 2018

Plenty of chairs and umbrellas round the pool. Small kiddies pool, more suitable for under 5 rather than older kids, not much for older children to do. Although there was a free table tennis table and a pool table 1 euro a game.

I enjoyed my stay but my kids had the best time ever. Staff and food was great along with the price for food. Everything was walking distance and opened late. There's a restaurant opposite the compound that is a must try. Over all im very pleased and loved my apartment, it was perfect.

Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating and the pool was decent sized and not too busy. The little bar there made good food and cocktails and was reasonably priced. 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the strip of restaurants, however even the restaurant right outside the apartments was amazing. My apartment was facing the back and had a small garden to sit and drink/eat/smoke, very private too. Would recommend this to everyone, whether families or young adults and suits all.

This is a very nice little hotel one street back from the Main Street - so still within five minutes walk of the beach, but just a little bit quieter. Nice pool area with lots of flowers, restaurants and a shop just across the street. Easy to park the car in October, dont know what it would be like in August - Expedia lists it as having parking but it doesnt have a car park, its on the road. Pleasant staff, well equipped studio apartment with fridge, microwave and hotplate.

We were put in one of the older Apartments outside the main complex and very much left to our own devices. The Kitchen was sparsely equipped, it was a good job I brought my own sharp knife for slicing. As it was an older apartment it was showing some age and the Free WiFi was sporadic at best, but on the plus side it was more spacious than the main complex apartments and we were away from the hustle and bustle of the pool, which suited us fortunately. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would use this Aparthotel again, but only because it is cheap and happens to suit our purposes.

Pleasant aparthotel in quieter part of resort, well placed for short walk to strip. Good facilities in apartments, hot water on demand and lovely large balconies. Well maintained. Stayed end of season so pool bar/restaurant not always open. Good spar across the road. Overall good value.

Booked 7 nights at the hotel based on reviews. Called ahead to discuss the room and gentlemen on the room was unhelpful and uncompromising (paid months ahead for a family of four). Given two single beds joint together to sleep, which was not even with three inches higher/lower than the other. On the third day the air-condition broke down and was still broken after check-out! Very uncomfortable and restless nights. Watch out for mosquitoes!

This apartment block had all we wanted and the restaurant on site served a wide range of good food at reasonable prices. The only slight downside and this was slight was that the sofa bed was really just two sofas pushed together and thus wasn't the mist comfortable to sleep on. Good location close to beach and many local restaurants.

Friendly and staff, very welcoming. Check in was quick and easy even though we arrived at 11:00am. There was a welcome bottle of wine and nibbles. We were also treated to an evening dinner as a thank you for choosing the Elisa hotel.

Asked for a quiet room which we got away from the road and pool. Just a shame it was next to the laundry room which seemed to be the gathering place early in the mornings for the cleaners. Or the sound of the spin dryers! Hotel situated at the quieter end of Alcudia with a few eating places and a Spar shop close by. We would go back but just ask for a different room.

Make sure you print out detailed instructions on how to get there, not just the Hotels.com ones as we were given a rental car with no map and had to rely purely on these, we got lost for a good hour or so and had to ask the helpful locals.
Other than that the Hotel was great, good value for money, great location, supermarkets 2 mins away & lovely beach 5 mins walk. TV was all in spanish or german apart from news channel so bring a book! Definately rent a car as there is so much to see around the island and do and its fairly cheap (better than taxis). We took a day trip every day to other beaches.
Great place to stay and would go back.
