I never got to stay. Because of hurricane Helene my flight was cancelled and I could not fly out and the hotel would not issue a refund or change the dates

The most important that I would like to mention, is the staff and the service. Everyone generally likes their job and what they do. From the moment we arrived To the bell person who helped with our luggage when we were leaving and stored it for a few more hours until our flight. We Definitely are coming back.

Our recent visit to Acqualina Resort was nothing short of amazing! From the warm welcome by Mike, who provided us with wristbands, to the attentive staff arranging beachside couches and oceanfront chairs with umbrellas, the experience was exceptional. The food recommendations were consistently delicious, and the pool was fantastic—my son even learned to swim there! A special shoutout to Alize and Valeria for their outstanding care. In summary, Acqualina has become our top summer destination, and we eagerly anticipate returning next year

This property is not one of the best beach properties in the country I think they paid to get that rating. Food is sub par

Matt was very helpful! We loved everything about the stay , except for the fact that we didn’t get upgraded to the ocean view suite, even though we booked last minute and was told it was available. Part of what makes the hotels.com platinum status (180+ nights this year ) great is the comp upgrades. But this property seems to make excuses why they can’t. That being said everything else is perfect, and we are making this our go to hotel when we are in the area, I just booked another stay for 4 nights at the end of the month.

I’ve stayed here once before and thought it was great but this trip changed my mind. I wouldn’t stay there again and would not recommend it. The room conditions were terrible— the shower didn’t work and they took 4 hours to fix it rather than move me (even though I asked) and while they “fixed it” the water was shut off to the entire room so the kitchen, powder room etc were unusable. Multiple lights in the room didn’t work; one of the telephones didn’t work; one of the TVs didn’t work. They really do not have a professional operation unfortunately. And the staff, including the manager, were not helpful at all when these problems were respectfully brought to their attention. It’s ok though, I just won’t stay there again.

We stayed for one night with our baby. Beautiful rooms and a really nice arrival gift waited for us upon check in. Hotel restaurants are also quite nice.
Few things weren’t great, however.
We were given a 6th floor room and had a view of a balcony below us. Not a big deal, but it was really disappointing to have a construction crew start working on that balcony at 7am. The hotel knew we had a baby with us (they provided a crib) so I’d expect a true luxury resort to think ahead and not put us in a room that’ll be loud early in the morning. Aside from that, the room was generally loud - we could hear the HVAC unit humming all night. Not sure if that’s true for every room or just ours. One small additional detail - typically at a luxury hotel, someone helps you with your bags as soon as your car pulls up. We were only helped after checking in. Not a huge deal, but didn’t feel like a true luxury resort.

WONDERFUL, beautiful property and beach! We were treated like royalty and wanted for nothing all week. The food was exceptional, the spa was fabulous, but the true stars were the people who work there. They were gracious, polite, kind, generous, and very helpful. The suite upgrade we received was beyond our dreams and made our 40th wedding anniversary celebration so special. Thank you!! Thank you!! We can’t wait to stay at Acqualina again.

One of the best places we have ever stayed! We loved our room our service and our entire experience at this resort, from the moment we got there we were blown away with the amazing service we felt so acknowledged and welcomed there thank you to the entire staff. We will be back again soon.

Acqualina exceeded all of our expectations. Service was amazing. During our time at the pool, Monica was very attentive to any request and she is so personable. Jorge at Costa Grill was fabulous as well. Dining options were fantastic and everything was delicious. The resort is impeccable and all of the amenities are well done. We will definitely return!
