We stay here a couple times of year when the prices are good. We love the walkable location, the hotel cleanliness, the bar and white lion restaurant for breakfast. Always a great stay and we can't wait to come back!

The picture shows big building hotel but there is also a motel style building next door where rooms are offered. So make sure to check before booking.

We came to LG for the hot air balloon festival. The hotel location cannot be beat, especially for the price point. Front desk staff were fantastic. Zero issues on checking in early for what seemed a very busy weekend. Rooms are dated in the “standard” tier. Restaurant food (1 dinner and 1 breakfast) were good for the price. The best part of this hotel is location, location, location and view, view, view.

We live the hotel. We have stayed there many times before. This was our first time after Labor Day. Looking forward to going back next year.

Beautiful views. Great location walkable to everything in town. Rooms are updated and comfortable. The outside pool area needs updating and a heater. The indoor pool could use updates but warm, good ventilation from the chlorine, sauna was great, and the hot tub was nice. Enjoyed our stay.

My room it’s wasn’t clean I was so smelly the cleaning was not good The place is beautiful has nice views good food.

Fort william Henry Hotel is one of the better hotels. Not much more expensive than other hotels, and accommodations are much better. I have stayed at over 15 different hotels in Lake George and this is our favorite hotel.

Very nice property and very friendly staff. Very easy to walk to almost anything around town. Only small complaint I have is the door to the room was a little harder to open and close from the metal rubbing. I will definitely be looking to book here in the future.

SPECTACULAR VIEWS. EXCELLENT STAFF! It was centered perfectly. You can park your car and not move it for the whole trip. Centered perfectly in the action of everything!

Beautiful setting, really enjoyed relaxing outside our room and watching the lovely scenery. Also appreciated being able to see the fireworks so well from the hotel!

Fort William Henry Resort is beautiful, with tons of amenities that are worthwhile. My only regret is not having the time to really take advantage of the beautiful Olympic size pool this time around. There is so much to do Within the property itself. We have visited the Fort, had lunch at the Lookout cafe and breakfast at the White Lion. The views from here are just breathtakingly gorgeous. I would recommend renting a fire pit and just relaxing on the Veranda. Also, make sure you get here for Fireworks on Thursday night.

We stayed here for a quick weekend and were pleased with the convenient location and the overall property of the resort. The pool overlooking the lake is spectacular. However, the interior of the hotel rooms could use some major updates. We had to change our original room due to a strong odor, but unfortunately, the next room also did not smell clean. Updating the carpets and bathrooms would greatly improve the facilities.

The indoor pool was cloudy but other than that everything was perfect. The location was perfect to walk easily to the village. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We would give this hotel 5 stars if some simple maintenance was done to the peeling wallpaper along the ceilings and some walls, the 1/4 inch crack where the ceiling sections meet, the toilet is the proper height for a toddler (too low for old bones) and no shelf space for my wife's toiletries. Room 547 of the main building.

Had a great time staying there with my son. Breakfast is fantastic and the location is close to shopping and Six Flags. The setting on the lake is gorgeous but in the range of pizza delivery.

We love staying at the Fort William Henry. This is our favorite place to stay. Our third time staying and it's official, we will probably stay here every time we go to lake George. Love the bar area both outside on the patio and by the fire pits. The property is amazing and everything is right there. Hotel is conveniently located by everything. My son loved seeing and hearing the steamboats. Overall, expect to see us again.

The property is located at the southern end of Lake George. The views are gorgeous. Fort William Henry (1755-1757) is adjacent and hosts historic tours. Its a lovely place for an event, or a get away weekend.

Nice property, room didn’t have pull out sofa so staff gave us two rollaway beds. The rep was very kind especially when we asked for a new one because the mattress was uncomfortable. Pool area very nice, lawn games added great fun. Close to everything. Will stay again.

Great place to stay! Location is perfect with nice clean rooms and friendly folks all around. Going forward this will be the only place my family and I will stay when visiting Lake George.

Location was very convenient to everything. Room was right off lobby & was a little noisy at night sometimes but would not deter us from recommending this hotel or a possible future stay.
